Last year, UnitedHealthcare sent me a letter meant to intimidate me into silence. I don’t think they expected what happened next. A member of Congress sent them a letter, raising the very concerns I refused to stop talking about. I’m sharing this because I want you to remember something important. Telling your story matters. Standing up for yourself matters. Standing up for your patients, your community, and safe healthcare matters. Even when powerful institutions hope you’ll back down.
