Last year, UnitedHealthcare sent me a letter meant to intimidate me into silence. I don’t think they expected what happened next. A member of Congress sent them a letter, raising the very concerns I refused to stop talking about. I’m sharing this because I want you to remember something important. Telling your story matters. They'll have you believe that the only thing that we should care about is the end result, but that's far from the truth. Keep creating, and stumbling, and succeeding, and making the things that connect people with people. Your journey matters.
