Faisal isn't appealing to their conscience; he already knows where it lies. This is simply another futile attempt to shame them. Had they any conscience they would have dismissed the review on the first hearing & won't have excluded Justices Ayesha & Aqil. It brings to mind Hamid Khan's concluding remarks in bat symbol case, where Hamid similarly tried to shame the shameless Qazi fraudia. Expect the same outcome.

A big salute to Faisal saab brilliant arguments history will for sure remember you Faisal saab

@ShahidAslam87 This is conceding statement. Praying for extra constitution relief. Earlier judgement transgressed constitution provision.

so he knows that technically no grounds are available.want judges to read into something beyond whats written in the constitution.precedence should be to remain within the bounds of text.otherwise get ready for "complete justice" as and when defined by the mighty

Regardless the judges will just read the Askari verdict sent to them by Colonel

Sir judges decide according to law and not the conscious. You criticized Khosa and Nosar during Panama case days with the same logic and now praising SIC lawyer for holding the same argument.

Justice is evidence and rules based not conscious driven. This is pure emotional blackmailing not logical arguments. Remember Allah's rule of 4 witnesses in case of wife infidelity? Draw your conscious driven conclusions from that rule.
