Forget vote chori, ECI must be booked for murder becaust at least 16 BLOs have reportedly died during the SIR exercise, with families and colleagues citing extreme workload and mental stress. In West Bengal alone, a BLO organisation has documented 18 deaths, though the ECI has not yet officially linked every case to SIR duty.
