This take makes zero sense. It’s like saying air is a solution looking for a problem. Seems unnecessary. Oxygen, on the other hand, is incredibly useful.

Calling crypto useless while admitting stablecoins will run payments is a bit of a contradiction.

Endless fiat inflation is "not a problem".. ? Really Stan?.. :-) But US dollars as "stable coins" are GREAT!... 🤷‍♂️

Being sad that crypto happened but loving stablecoins is like being mad at the invention of the car but really enjoying the commute to work.

It’s a solution looking for a problem. The global fiat central banking cartel is the biggest problem humanity has ever had.

Innovation often appears useless to some. Anyone here scoff at Netflix when they announced streaming instead of sticking with their proven method of mailing DVD's?

Not sure if the video is real because something looks off. However, he’s right about crypto being useless though and not a store value. Only Bitcoin stores value SECURELY over time.

Druckenmiller's take on stablecoins works but crypto's utility is being built right now. It's not just flashy headlines.

There is no international payment system of stablecoins without a blockchain secured by a high value token Secure stablecoin transactions relies on a secure blockchain A secure blockchain relies on economic incentives, and the only way you have that is with a high value token

If stablecoins run payments in the future, crypto didn’t fail. It just became infrastructure.

I agree with him on his stablecoin view, but a lot of cryptos are actually trying to solve serious real-world issues. As well as working on blockchain technology in general.

I disagree with Stan’s take on crypto, but he is right about stablecoins. Download my free book and learn how to: Spend in Stables. Stack in Sats. Make Your Wallet Your Bank.

it's amazing to me how you can be well educated in business and finance, and still make silly statements like this without seeing the irony of your statement.

Stablecoins are literally cryptocurrency. Also, stablecoins couldn't work at such a low cost and high throughput without the blockchain networks they run on. Native token rewards (crypto!) for those running that infrastructure is the only reason it all works.
