@StardustNova27 “You will learn respect, and suffering will be your teacher” ain’t no way you said that to your son before burning the right side of his face. Also probably the most underrated line in the whole series.

@StardustNova27 The Avatar cartoon series was more grown up than a lot of prestige television. Child abuse, genocide, anti-imperialism, racism, ableism. Weighty material packaged in a show that my tweens gobbled up and still rewatch
