@GaaBishopstown @SetantaCollege The famous answer of it depends.. Session shown is a 9 set progression of 3 reps on an 18 minute turnaround post practice, paired with chin up. Generally looking for 9 ‘work’ reps. Volume moves and tempo adjusts pending where we are at.
