started Refrag 2 weeks ago and at first i struggled to make it through all levels of spray transfer. ive never been able to spray transfer so i wouldnt bother doing it in game. Now I'm flying through levels and can feel improvement. Defintely the best practise tool out there!

Yeah from what i have seen from streamers / clips its pretty good. I just question myself how "useful" it is to practice spray transfers & anything spray related. I barely full-spray anymore or full commit to a fight because its so unrewarding in cs2

i use the "coach routine" option they offer which is an hour long session and it gives me different things to practise on like pre-firing, time to damage etc. it suits me more than death match tbh

Another amazing update to CS2 so quickly. Screen shake while spraying has been dramatically reduced. You can very clearly feel the difference, it's almost like there's no shaking at all in the new version. This is a great improvement for the feel of spraying. I almost feel sick watching the old version. When spraying in CS2, players need to be able to feel the recoil, to know where they are in the spray, and to be able to adjust based on the enemy player's movement. I just played a full game with this, and the difference is night and day. Valve has been cooking like CRAZY lately. This is another of those updates that definitely should have been in the game from the very beginning.

250531 Jump Up Fansign ( 🐻 To be honest, I still haven't been able to get over the concert 👥 Me neither! 🐻 I still haven't been able to get over those moments. Ha... I've been starting my tour, so those happinesses have been constantly remaining in my body. I love it. And even now, as I'm back in Korea filming for Jeongwaja and doing other schedules, I still haven't recovered from the "damage" [from the joys] of the concert! But seeing you guys today, I'm so happy, I love it. I think I'll be able to get through the end of the year happily from the joys of KAION, as if it is nourishment and food to me.

I asked Jaylen Brown about playing through pain, the fact it’s uncommon to watch NBA athletes in visible pain, and if there’s pride in that he’s been able to do so effectively: “Two parts. Great question. One, you normally see people go complain about when people are choosing not to play. I've never been experienced it the other way around — where I'm playing and people are encouraging me not to. Pain is definitely a physical thing, but it also is a mental thing. So, Joe has allowed me, even though, like my team visibly can see maybe I'm in a bit of pain — they trust me to go out there, and I can control my body and still be able to make plays and mentally, be able to kind of push through it. I think that's going to be something I'm gonna have to have in my back pocket. So I've been just utilizing these games in order to feel things out. Things will get better, I'm sure, but if they don't, then I still have a good feel of where my baseline is at and stuff like that — because there's no guarantee, honestly, that rest is going to make anything better. I wish it would, but it's kind of the cards that are laid out.”

Grok Build is absolutely amazing! I just tried it out for the first time. I haven't coded in close to 20 years. I literally have no idea what I'm doing so I had to use Grok to walk me through the process to install and use the tool. I asked it to build me a simple "Thank You Elon Musk" website and it did it in seconds! This is going to completely change everything. Even your grandma will be able to code using Grok Build!
