Started teaching again! This time decided to try use #claude (Anthropic) and CodeSandbox for hosting to implement an interactive GREMLIN (Potts) model (w = coevolution, b = conservation) to show students how you go from MSA to contacts!

@AnthropicAI @codesandbox Wow! I so much need a Google Colab version of this to use with any MSA 🥹 (no idea what sandbox is, but I'll look into it!!)

@AnthropicAI @codesandbox The sandbox provides a nice way to visualize and test JavaScript code. Technically one could run the code off any web browser, stand alone, no need for internet. For the toy problem, cpu works great, will melt your computer if you run on real MSA. 🙂
