Started training my own LTX 2.3 LoRA specifically for character replacement, using it here in combination with D(AI)vid's LoRA to strengthen the effect while avoiding ghosting Nowhere near perfect yet, but given that it's generated in 155s with no controlnets it's not bad

I am really super happy to show you my research that transform 3D volumetric capture of man capture with Kartel.ai and with env gaussian splatting generated with World Labs in a three.js player . And all that is "upscale" using Hunyuan vid2vid model with a Lora train on videos on the main actor. Hope the future of movie is here :) . Still need some work, but you can get the idea

Playing around with my own lora and Higgsfield AI 🧩 I made a video crawling through a small house. I added Runway act one to lip sync to the song. The fact this started with JUST that first frame, and it built this little weird world with so much continuity! #aivideo
