With my custom architecture I now achieve on average 60% progress on my gearbox assembly task. The original average progress of pi0.5 base (after 10k fine tuning) was 14% . Trajectory of progress is looking good. Now have to reduce the cycle time of iterating on a base policy.

My college coaches expected me on the court 45 minutes before practice started on day one, and I showed up completely unprepared mentally and physically. It was the most humbling 3 hours of my basketball life. The preparation gap between high school and college is bigger than anyone talks about, and your habits have to match the level you just stepped into before you even get there.

Going from the Arctic, North of Norway, back to Ukraine with my 9 month old son. 4000 km. Decided to break it up into two parts, so the first 2000 km was a test to see how the rest would go. After a week in the south of Norway we are getting ready for the next part. Had a crash out about «losing my glow» postpartum due to hyperpigmentation (dark circles under my eyes and on my forehead) caused by pregnancy hormones, puked my brains out for a couple of days due to food poisoning, spent my «big birthday» being sad, and spent a day being real pissed off about being in this situation working my ass off alone. Other than that the trip went surprisingly well. All of those mentioned are videos to come, along with «how do you feel about going back to Ukraine with a child» and «aren’t you scared your husband might get killed». Yes, I’m going through it. That’s all I can do. Just work my way through it.

End of an era. Moving day from Harrow on the Hill. I have spent half my life in this street and my son has spent his whole life here. He went to school a stone’s throw away from the front door and we often had a house full of his schoolmates playing cricket in the garden. I spent most of my working life at Sky based in this street. I remember being woken by my head of news and driving up the road in the dark on 31st August, 1997 not knowing what the day would bring - it was the morning Diana died. We will leave many memories behind ❤️
