Saturday mornings are for hip mobility routines. Free them of the tension gathered during the week. You'll be more relaxed for your weekend and will protect your joints over the long run. This routine relieves the stress gathered in your hips: Do one after the other and rest for two minutes. 1 - Cossack Squats [ 3 x 10/leg] You might need to hold onto something if you have no hip mobility. Go as far down as your body allows and feel the stretch. Watch how your range of motion improves over time by doing these exercises a few times a week. 2 - Deep Bodyweight Split Squat [ 3 x 10/leg] Keep your torso upright and drive your knee all the way forward. You will feel a stretch along the front of your hip and thigh on the back leg. Use support if you struggle with balance too much. 3 - Deep Squat Twist [ 3 x 10/side] Can you rotate so that your fingers point toward the ceiling? I've seen so many people with chronic pain get stuck way before. If you lack the mobility to twist, hold the deep squat position for thirty seconds to one minute. Grab onto something at the bottom if you can't stay in the position. 4- Seated Wide-Leg Adductor Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s] Sitting with wide legs will be enough for some people to elicit an intense stretch. // Many of the new chronic pain clients I meet should have started a routine like this one decades ago.

The single-leg RDL ( or as some may call a hip hinge) is one of my favourite unilateral movements for building strength and control through the entire posterior chain, from your mid/lower back, to the glutes and hamstrings. Most athletes focus on just getting strong under load and while that’s important, there’s another key piece that often gets overlooked: creating length and extension through the whole body. Think about creating distance between your rear heel and the top of your head that’s where the magic happens. Here’s how I like to coach this movement: 1️⃣ RDL box-assisted with a slider — This gives your athlete a stable base to feel supported while learning to reach through that back leg. It’s a semi-passive way to build the right pattern safely. 2️⃣ Foam roller progression — Now we add a bit more difficulty. Holding a foam roller between your rear foot and same side hand forces you to stay long and connected from head to heel. 3️⃣ Banded active correction — Here, we make it active. Pressing your rear foot into the band creates that intentional extension and full-body engagement. Once your athlete has mastered these three progressions, they’re ready to load the real RDL — and you’ll notice better balance, smoother control, and a stronger hinge pattern overall. Remember: the goal isn’t just to move heavy weight, it’s to move well first. When athletes learn to own the movement, performance follows.

The way it works is pretty simple: 1. Your agent finds an Actor it wants to use 2. It sends a request 3. The Actor sends back an HTTP 402 "Payment Required" response 4. Agent authorizes payment from a wallet in USDC on Base 5. The Actor runs 6. User receives the result The model is pay-as-you-go: the agent authorizes a spending ceiling, pays only for usage, and the remaining balance is automatically settled. I lost $27K on Polymarket not because I was wrong with my prediction. I lost because the interface is designed to kill my deposit. Most of you don't even understand that you are trading naked. You go to the website press Buy and go to sleep. And in the morning you see zero on your balance. Why? Because Polymarket in its current form is a trap for retail. Face the truth: > No Stop-loss: The price drops 40% while you sleep. You get liquidated because you physically cannot monitor the market 24/7. > No Take-profit: You had +80% profit. You hesitated. Went to sleep. In the morning you have -5%. > Limit orders don't work: You hit the button getting execution 3% worse than the screen due to slippage. Now look at who sits on the other side of your trade. Whales and market makers don't use the website. They use institutional terminals. TWAP algorithms: They spread their entry over hours to enter big without moving the price against themselves. Trailing Stops: The robot pulls the stop-loss following the price rise locking in profit automatically. You came to play chess. They came to play chess using the Stockfish engine. Your chances are zero. I spent weeks trying to find an equalizer tool. Most Telegram bots asked for my private key which is a scam. GitHub scripts required a programming degree. But I found what the institutions use TradeFox: This is not a garage project. Alliance DAO and CMT Digital are behind them. Real venture capital real audit. To put that in perspective: 85% of US banks have less than $1 billion in total deposits. Starbucks holds more customer cash than most actual banks. But here's the difference: Banks pay you interest to hold your money. Starbucks pays you nothing. Banks have to keep cash reserves in case you want to withdraw. Starbucks just needs to stock coffee and muffins. Banks are regulated by the federal government. Starbucks answers to no one. The CEO of South Korea's third-largest bank said it publicly: "Starbucks is an unregulated bank, not a coffee company." So how did they build this financial empire? It started with gift cards in 2001. Simple idea: load money, buy coffee later. But Starbucks noticed something interesting. People weren't redeeming all their gift cards. A $25 card might have $3.47 left on it forever. That leftover money? Pure profit. They call it "breakage." In 2024 alone, Starbucks made $207 million from money people loaded but never spent. Free money. No coffee served. But they didn't stop there. They engineered the entire system to maximize breakage. First, they made gift cards year-round items instead of just holiday gifts. Then they launched the Starbucks app. The app forces you to pre-load money before ordering. You can't just pay $6.84 for your latte. You have to load $10 minimum. Codex Sites is not Replit or Lovable or Bolt. Those are great for one-prompting a full app. Codex Sites is for building apps that the agent keeps improving without you touching them. 2. Your personal website can update its own stats. Your internal dashboard can refresh its own data. Your product can add features while you sleep. The app is alive. 3. Start by invoking at-sites. Use realistic sample data. Always say "save for review, do not deploy." This unlocks building a real product, not a homepage. 4. Add persistent storage so the app remembers everything between visits. Without this it resets every time. Ask Codex to show you the data model before it builds. 5. Create safe actions. These are the specific things the agent is allowed to do to your app: add data, update cards, move things, score things. You define the boundaries. The agent operates within them. 6. Build skills so any future Codex chat knows how to interact with your app. The skill is basically a manual for the agent. Without it, every new chat starts from zero. 7. Save gate like a video game.
