2029 3B/RHP Kaiden Thompson (KY) continues to swing it well this week at the #LPSpringbreak26. Fires a pair of sharp base knocks while staying balanced & compact through the zone in an all-fields approach. Impressive glove at the hot corner as well with soft hands and arm strength to match. Melbourne’s main focus at training was pretty clear: transition, defensive shape and finding overlap run behind the footy. Almost every drill came back to it, with Gawn and Viney especially vocal. Disco had his left knee heavily strapped and lasted only a few light agility drills. Lever didn’t train, while Jefferson was restricted to very slow laps. I’d be very surprised if he got up for Saturday. Viney looked sharp and provided plenty of leadership. He has to be right in the selection conversation. Aidan Johnson was back with the forwards, although he and Kentfield trained like they were well outside the likely side. I asked Melksham whether there was one last ride in him: “I hope so.” Latrell Pickett was the last player out there, staying behind for goal-kicking work with Matthew Whelan. #DemonSpirit #AFLDeesBlues The DeeBrief

Obsessed with skincare and UGC Seedance 2.5 Prompt : Create a high-energy, authentic UGC skincare video using the uploaded storyboard as the visual guide and the uploaded girl image as the exact character reference. Keep her face, hairstyle, makeup, body proportions, pink jacket, white top, accessories, and overall appearance consistent throughout, with no outfit or color changes. She starts in a cozy bedroom holding the pink skincare jar toward the camera and says, “Okay, I finally tried this, and I have to show you!” She opens the jar and brings it close to the lens, followed by an extreme macro shot of the glossy pink jelly cream as she stretches it between her fingers, showing its bouncy, translucent texture. She reacts playfully: “Look at this texture… it’s so bouncy and jelly-like!” Cut to a handheld selfie close-up as she applies a small amount to her cheek and says, “Look how easily this melts into my skin.” Show an ultra-detailed macro shot of the cream spreading naturally across her skin, preserving realistic pores, fine texture, and a fresh hydrated glow. Quick UGC-style cuts show her touching her cheek, smiling at the camera, holding the jar beside her face, and giving an enthusiastic thumbs-up. She finishes by bringing the product close to the camera and saying, “Honestly, I’m obsessed. This is definitely staying in my routine.” Use authentic handheld smartphone movement, natural facial expressions, quick jump cuts, close-up product shots, satisfying texture shots, soft pink bedroom lighting, realistic skin, shallow depth of field, subtle focus pulls, natural voice, light upbeat background music, and satisfying product sounds. Keep the product packaging sharp and consistent, with no distorted hands, duplicated fingers, changing clothes, changing face, or invented packaging. Vertical 9:16, polished but believable TikTok/Reels UGC aesthetic.

Brandon Gill represents Texas’s 26th district, he’s only 30 years old, and a young dad, married to his college sweetheart, sharp conservative voice. His his fans love that he’s this fresh, articulate, all-American guy who doesn’t come from politics. He’s a former Turning Point USA activist who jumped straight into Congress and immediately started going after what he sees as elite overreach, big government, and cultural decay. People see him as proof that young conservatives don’t have to be cynical or washed out, they can still be married, have kids, and fight for traditional values while staying relevant. The “young father in Congress” image lands really well with the base. He’s one of the few Gen Z/Millennial Republicans getting serious attention right now. He’s 32, born on an Air Force base in New Mexico, and grew up on a cattle ranch in West Texas. His dad was a fighter pilot who flew combat missions in the Gulf War, and his grandfather was a Southern Baptist preacher, so service and faith run deep in his family. At Dartmouth he graduated cum laude with degrees in economics and history, led the conservative student paper, and grew the Christian Union into one of the biggest groups on a pretty hostile campus. After college he worked as an investment banker in New York, then started his own conservative news outlet, the DC Enquirer, before running for Congress. At 30 he got elected as the youngest Republican in the House. He’s in the Freedom Caucus, serves on Judiciary and Oversight, and pushes hard on border security, cutting government waste, and protecting life. Lives in Flower Mound with Danielle and their two little ones. Classic Texas conservative story, ranch kid to Congress.

In 1978 a legend was born. The girl who treated the dictionary like a bit of light reading grew up spending Saturdays in a windowless van that reeked of formaldehyde, riding with a man named George who chain-smoked and told stories about the years they still used arsenic. She kept the bone saw he gave her. Because of course our angry little gothic fairy did! 😅 She stacked the forensic psychology degrees, trained in embalming, and mostly used all of it to write instead of diagnosing anyone who still had a pulse. Her father named her Grey, never asked her to shrink, and taught her how to land a clean hit. He died with no warning. She found him. After that the heart started keeping its own inventory. A few agonizing stops later, including one that actually ended, feeling anything at full volume still comes with a physical toll; the heart keeps trying to commit seppuku. Fifteen people she loved went into the ground early. Murder, suicide, overdose. None of them got a soft ending. She stayed upright in the rooms where the blood was still warm, made the calls, kept moving, because falling apart was never an option. The mother who was supposed to be shelter was her tormentor and her captor for many years. Blessedly, that chapter is closed now. Plenty of people wanted a piece of the sharp woman who writes the way she does and still looks half her age. They wanted the story, the access, the something they could take with them. All she needed was someone who would love her without wanting to sleep with her or take anything from her. No project. No extraction. Just the rare version of staying that does not require her to pretend to be something more palatable. You found that. You are still here, still cutting clean, still refusing to negotiate with a body that has gone rogue and turned into a terrorist. For the first time in years you are letting the day actually count, and I'm blessed and privileged to be sharing it with you. 🖤 I'm proud of all you've survived and how you choose to overcome every, single day. I'm proud of the woman you are now, and the woman you are becoming. More importantly, I know your daddy is proud of you too. Happy birthday, my darling. The world is a better place because you draw breath. My world is a better place because you exist. You are the sister I never knew I had. 🖤🖤🖤 @Grey_0G
