Ingredients: Ciabatta bread (or bread of choice) Havarti cheese flank steak, salt & pepper Oil, butter, garlic, herbs 2 onions Butter, Worcestershire, balsamic, salt, black pepper Bacon Asparagus Parmesan reggiano Parsley Sauce: 4 tbsp Mayo 2 tbsp Grainy Dijon 2 tsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp Hot sauce Garlic powder, salt & pepper

Method Mix sauce and set aside. Sweat onions in butter on low. Halfway through add Worcestershire, balsamic, salt, and pepper. Cook low and slow, deglazing with water, until deeply caramelized. Wrap 2 asparagus with 1 slice of bacon. Bake until bacon is crisp and asparagus is tender. Season steak, sear hard in neutral oil. Add butter, garlic, and herbs, baste, rest, and slice thin. Toast ciabatta with Havarti inside until melted. Sauce the bread, add steak, onions, parsley, bacon-wrapped asparagus, a light mound of Parmesan, black pepper, and more sauce.
