Stenotic nares correction is a surgical procedure performed on brachycephalic dogs (those with short, flat faces) to widen their nostrils. This is done because stenotic nares, or narrow nostrils, can make it difficult for these dogs to breathe.

When you order off of places like Amazon, they tell you to keep your dogs inside so that the drivers can deliver your products safely. When this driver arrived, there were two dogs barking behind a metal gate. They were perceived as aggressive. So she left the package behind the gate and moved on. The customer was mad that the driver left it in an area with the dogs, the dogs chewed on the package and ruined the products. They are wanting their product refunded because it was chewed up by dogs but it was their own dogs, should Amazon honor this refund?

50 more stray dogs were vaccinated yesterday in Kalyan. This was done with the help of local caregivers, who stepped forward with compassion and responsibility. These efforts remind us that sterilization & vaccination are the only humane and preventive solutions to avoid animal-human conflicts. These two steps alone can reduce the problem to almost zero. We must keep pushing local authorities to focus on such drives. Taking dogs away and putting them into shelters is neither viable nor practical. This is NOT funny. Some people for their own amusement tease community dogs, record “reels” & call it fun. These cruel acts not only hurt them but also change their behaviour & trust towards humans. Look at this young boy tying a kite to a dog’s tail, making him run in fear. Dogs are living beings, not toys. Such mischief must be stopped , those responsible should be counselled & punished. Compassion, not cruelty, defines us. #AnimalAbuse

This is not a Chinese family going on vacation with their dog. This is a dog likely bought from a wet market for meat. They have tied the poor animal to the back of their car and are driving on the highway as if he is just luggage. He has no idea what is waiting for him. That is what makes this so heartbreaking. This dog is still alive, still trusting, still innocent — and yet he is being treated with no care, no mercy, and no dignity. Dog meat eating is still a cruel reality in parts of China. Many of these dogs are stolen pets or helpless strays. No dog deserves this fate. Dogs are companions. They are not food.
