These concepts are empty because they are all the same. Stacking and Iceburg can be collapsed into one concept. Spoofing and pulling are also one concept. Calling market orders aggressive is a misconception because it's limit orders that move price. I have video recoded evidence of 10% moves with no market orders executed in between. And many other mistakes. Crypto exchanges only make up 0.1% of the daily traded liquidity. .. etc
