How I use Reddit and AI to find winning startup ideas The entire playbook in this 21 minute video and 4 step tweet: 1) Use AI tool Gummy Search to find trending subreddits: - Target 10k-100k member communities (less competitive) - Answer the "why now" question (easier) - Leverage your "unfair advantage" (your moat) - Pro tip: Track daily/weekly/monthly growth trends 2) Analyze subreddit for problems & solutions: - Add subreddit to Gummy Search "audience" - Check "pain and anger" for common patterns - Review "advice" & "solution" requests - Look for recurring themes and write them down! 3) Identify creators in the niche: - Use @PerplexityAI to find top influencers - Search YouTube for popular videos - Read comments to understand audience needs - Analyze 20-25 videos for deep insights - Use vidIQ's chrome extension and sort popular videos by "contains a question" to understand what questions people have 4) Wireframe your startup idea: - Sketch out your product/service based on insights - Prototype with tools like Framer - Create a catchy, relevant name - Example: Design Scientist for conversion-focused design 5) Bonus: How to create a niche audience - Use Gummy Search's "top content" feature - Analyze high-performing community content - Ask AI about content preferences (e.g., "Do they love memes?") - Treat AI tools as your "entrepreneurial assistant" - Open an iOS notes file calls "ideas" and write content ideas - I use my Friday AMs to workshop those ideas. I found working on the right startup ideas is like swimming downstream. Everything is easier. The ideas are out there. They are on Reddit. They are on YT. They are on TikTok. Just gotta go out there and find 'em. Enjoy. Happy startup idea hunting. -- Next tweet will include the YT video for folks who prefer watching over there (I don't blame you!)

You can make 100 videos calling me a liar, but does it change the facts? Rafeeu Naseem (PD) Dr. h.c Are you seriously telling us a university just showed up at your door one day, all the way from India or France, offering you a doctorate cause you’re that exceptional? If you were really that accomplished, how is it that I and so many others only heard of you 48 hours ago? I had no idea who you were. Someone with your alleged reputation wouldn’t be this unknown, don’t you think? The acceptance letter had your student number too. Then the certificate was issued on the same day, with same date. You wanted this certificate. You applied for it. You had a student ID too. But people like Qasim Ibrahim for example, they have real honourary doctorates cause they had a lot to show. He didn’t have a student number like you had. He didn’t have an acceptance letter like you had. This Dr title is not valid. You can’t use it. Please show some respect to dozens of hard working PhD students who’re working day and night for 4-5 years to earn this Dr title. The least you could do now is remove this Dr title from your social media and say no more, just don’t talk. An apology would be great. But if you’re too embarrassed to apologise, then thats fine, just say no more. Nobody believes you. After this video, many people will see you as a pathological liar. The more you lie and try to defend this, the more it will damage your reputation, if you still have any left. (Also, it’s not an interview you’re giving. It’s called a short video. You can call it an explainer too)

On August 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM, I was begging to raise funds to capture Chinese spies. A Santa Cruz police officer, badge number 162, arrived and claimed that begging was illegal and wanted to arrest me. After being taken to jail, I met two other beggars. They said, "We've never heard of being arrested for begging. We've always been warned, kicked out, or given a ticket." Then, I discovered an arrest warrant had been issued for me out of nowhere. A few hours later, I was inexplicably released from jail. I wanted to reclaim my tent, sleeping bag, food, blanket, and clothes that the police had taken. The Santa Cruz Police Department said it would take 2-4 days to return them. I had nothing but the clothes on my back and a cell phone. I had to sleep on the street at night! I had no idea what was going on. At that moment, Chinese President Xi Jinping spoke to me over an encrypted channel: "I have ordered the Santa Cruz Police Department to issue a warrant for your arrest." I order Santa Cruz police officer number 162 to arrest you! I take full responsibility for your arrest and imprisonment! I'm telling you this clearly! California is part of China! Gavin Newsom, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi are all our secret Communist Party members! We have 500,000 Chinese Ministry of State Security spies and 200,000 active-duty members of the People's Liberation Army's intelligence corps in the United States who are helping them assassinate their political opponents! I have ordered them to launch demonstrations and riots in the United States, and then to start an American civil war, completely destroy the United States, and annex it! America has gone completely crazy!

How to use AnodoSwap? Follow this step-by-step guide and watch our video tutorial. 1. Go to and add the GemWallet extension on your browser by clicking download. We recommend GemWallet 💎 because it was the only one that we didn't had issues or showed us errors. Only GemWallet and Crossmark are available for the devnet version, and Xaman doesn't support AMM transactions yet. 2. Go to and where it says "Choose Network:" choose the "Devnet" option and click "Generate Devnet credentials". 3. Copy the Secret, Open GemWallet, click Import Existing Wallet, choose Family Seed and then Paste the Secret there and confirm. Insert your own password. Then click the "Mainnet" on the top right and click/change to "Devnet". Your devnet account has 10,000 devnet XRP loaded and ready to be used. 4. Go to our web app, click "Login" and then choose "GEM Wallet" and approve the 2 transactions that will come out on the wallet. You are now logged in. 5. Final step is to go to , choose any pool you like, such as the XRP/USDC, and after you open the pool, you will need to click "Set USDC TL" under "My Liquidity" to set the trustline and under "Deposit Balance" click on "Fund USDC" in order to get free USDC to your account. Every click is 5000 USD so click 2-3 times and wait a few seconds for the USDC to appear in your balance or refresh the page. Now you can swap XRP/USDC and provide liquidity. The same procedure should be done for the other tokens and pools. You are now ready to use the AMM.

7 AI SERVICES BOOMER BUSINESSES ARE BEGGING TO BUY IN 2026 1) AI Tools Assessment: $999. One 45-minute interview, then a report with 3 to 7 off-the-shelf tools they can implement immediately. 50 to 60% convert into implementation. (grab the exact template I use to deliver the assessment at 2) AI Concierge: $1,000 to $2,000 a month for two 45-minute calls turning their manual processes into Claude skills. At $1,500 a month you're making $1,000 an hour. 3) Process Redesign: $3,500 to fix a broken workflow before you touch AI. One client went from 25 steps to 10. Never automate a broken process. 4) Automation Builds: $1,000 to $3,000 in Zapier or Make. One $1,500 build took a project manager out of client onboarding entirely. 5) Knowledge Systems: $3,000 baseline. A business broker went from 500 buyer emails per listing to 10 with one custom GPT. 6) Custom Workflows: $3,000 to $5,000. One client's 45-minute podcast workflow now runs off one orchestrator skill in 5 minutes. 7) Full Implementation: $5,000 to $10,000+ mixing everything above. Skills + automation builds + knowledge systems. Mix and match based on client needs. Two things that make this work: 1) The assessment is always the baseline. Start there and let it tell you what to sell next. 2) Anchor on hours saved, not hours worked. Nobody pays $1,000 an hour for your time. They pay it to get theirs back. Full breakdown below. (also available on the Build With AI podcast wherever you get your pods)

You can fix your entire life in one week. Most people waste their week doing tasks they "should" be doing that don't move the needle. The secret, though, is that sometimes you need to go all in and take a week off to go all in on your instincts. All of my most viral projects (Mononoke, Kalshi, Zelda) were initially painful because I had to tell everyone in my life (wife, business partner, co-workers) that I need a creative vacation to take a risk on a moonshot idea. In the case of Mononoke and Zelda, they were big legal risks as well because they're fan films. But they'd keep me up at night, I needed to explore these worlds, even if others didn't understand or would make fun of me. It was like playing a video game. It didn't feel like work, it was fun. I was magically pulled in by curiosity, and I lost an entire week in the blink of an eye. Curiosity and obsession are the bedrock of genius. (I'm still a far cry from genius but it is the mountain we climb as artists) I see so many creative friends who fill most of their time with projects they "should" do to stay in business. And they're right, but you need to take a major break at least once a quarter and spend a week entirely dedicated to something you're obsessed with. One of the countless reasons I love AI filmmaking is that previously, if you had an idea for a short film, you'd have to save up for a year or more just to bring it to life. We now get to do that with any world, instantly. It's crazy how many inbound calls we've had (at my ad agency) because of Zelda. It didn't make business sense. It wasn't easy. But it was the most fulfilling week I've had in a year. You must try this. Take a creative vacation (even better, book a cabin with strong Wi-Fi) and lose yourself in your favorite world for a week. I promise it'll change your life.

Here's how I'm running automated content engine in 2 files 1 markdown file = my wiki 1 html file = my dashboard that's the whole stack. [ the architecture, in plain words ]: LLM wiki = a single markdown file holding my audience DNA, 15 tracked creators, every viral topic from the last 30 days HTML artifact = a single page that reads that markdown file AND can trigger my agents the artifact and the agent talk to each other directly the wiki is the shared brain [ what I actually see when I open it at 9am ]: > 5 trending topics ranked by my audience-DNA fit > 3 KOL posts worth quoting today > last week's saved tweets (so I can ride waves that are still warm) > buttons: [draft tweet] [draft QT] [schedule] [log idea] 1. I click "draft tweet" on a topic 2. the artifact pings my agent 3. agent reads the wiki, drafts in MY voice, returns it to the artifact 4. I edit, schedule, done 15 minutes from morning coffee to 3 scheduled posts [ how to build the same in one evening ]: > step 1: dump your domain knowledge into ONE markdown file (audience profile, KOL list, content rules, voice guide, anything an agent would need to do YOUR job) > step 2: ask claude to build an html artifact that reads from that file ("here's my wiki, build me a dashboard with these views") > step 3: add buttons for the actions you do daily (draft, schedule, log, score, search — your workflow, not mine) > step 4: wire each button to call your agent via tool calls (so the artifact and the agent talk directly) the moment your artifact reads your wiki AND triggers your agents.. most SaaS tools you currently pay for quietly become unnecessary dashboards I used to pay $50/month for now sit in a single html file I can rebuild in 20 minutes every "I'll build a SaaS for this" idea you had last year is a 200-line file you write in an afternoon if you want to get the same content engine, just reply "CONTENT" and will send you in DMs later we're going from buying software to owning it.
