Stephen A. Smith sums up what he thinks the biggest problem in Washington is: “Do you realize that if you are an elected official, your real work is with the campaign…You can literally go on Capitol Hill and all your job is…is to disagree with the other side. You... don't even have to do anything else. Whatever the other side feels, you feel the opposite. That's not work.”show more

Stephen A Smith is not wrong. Career politicians on both sides serve themselves and just disagree with the other side. Is that every member of Congress? No, but a number of members have little interest or desire to serve their constituents.

Stephan A is talking to a guy who literally carries out the lies for the democrats. When you bring up common sense, CNN is not the news station that has it.

@DonnaDavisHNL This is the political status quo for decades. Unless he has a solution stating the obvious doesn’t matter.

Stephan A doesn’t realize that the American people shot down their policies and what they believe in, so the only thing they can do is protest everything Trump does. They have no other plan.

Hey, @stephenasmith, you know @jaketapper is a DNC operative, right? You may be a little too naive for real politics; it's a true contact sport and you must know the players. Godspeed!

Another huge problem is that what they do to get reelected is to see how much money they can bring back to their district. No matter if it is good for the country, they have to be seen as bringing jobs and taxpayer dollars back to their district. The art of compromise has devolved to 'I'll vote for your pork barrel spending if you'll vote for mine.'

A rundown of Donald Trump’s biggest campaign promises and whether he has or hasn’t delivered.

@RealDeanCain There is truth to what he’s saying. Especially when it comes to the state of the democratic party. They would try to tank the cure for Diabetes if the Trump administration was going to get the credit.

Look at ol’ Jake looking down his nose at him. What an arrogant POS Tapper is.

That's why our political system sucks. We have the opposite side cheering on illegals.

This is spot on. I honestly think he is the best sounding Democrat right now. I agree with a lot of what he says
