Real earnings up 1.4% last year per BLS data - better than Biden's negative wage spiral, but let's not pop champagne. Inflation-adjusted gains barely outpace government-mandated cost increases from energy/healthcare regulations. The 5% nominal growth Moore cites gets gutted by 3.6% CPI increases baked into every D.C. spending bill. Trump/Vance policies stopped the bleeding from 2021-2024 when real wages FELL 4.2% under "Bidenomics." Now watch bureaucrats claim credit for this rebound they actively resisted through excessive red tape and anti-energy mandates.

@StephenMoore On the Budget. Defense spending needs an iron fist to go back to military contracts and tell them to do more with less. Be efficient and not allow the taxpayers to pay $500 for a hammer and $400 for a screw driver on a contractor bill! Get to work Congress!
