Now watch bureaucrats claim credit for this rebound they actively resisted through excessive red tape and anti-energy mandates.

@StephenMoore On the Budget. Defense spending needs an iron fist to go back to military contracts and tell them to do more with less. Be efficient and not allow the taxpayers to pay $500 for a hammer and $400 for a screw driver on a contractor bill! Get to work Congress!
