@BackseatsmanLFC I remember a narrative knocking about this place recently that Gerrard wasn't a very good long passer, cos sometimes the receiver had to chest the ball down. The people espousing this narrative can piss all the way off. Then create new lands just to piss off of them as well.

Teams simply don’t give players time on the ball like this anymore. Also there were times Gerrard did these Hollywood passes when a simple through ball would have sufficed.
