This is very true, many landlord have increase the rent since Gbagabiamila did reconstruction of all roads in Surulere

It has happened to me also. Immediately the road got tyes the greedy landlord increase my rent. Actually good road at value to the economy status of an area. But, houses that were built in the 80's should take it easy with the one build in the 20's now. 😂
