Going into the 2004 season we ( Jerry Angelo and my staff) had 0 Pro Bowlers. By the time we left we had 11 who made the Pro Bowl and another alternate. That included some guys from our earlier Drafts that just hadn’t made it by the start of the ‘04 season (Briggs, Tillman)All this means is the BS you’re trying to start is meaningless

@ruthiepolinsky @DavidHaugh This is one of my biggest gripes in the draft. Valuing potential and traits over production has its place but in the 3rd-7th rounds give me guys who produced and have some traits over guys who have a great RAS score and limited production.
