@heartandsoilHQ Just eat it raw

What about parasites?

🫡

Interesting you cook you steak with a gas grill over a charcoal grill? Your not worried about the fumes from the propane contaminating you steak?🤨

Medium rare is still overcooked

@paulsaladinomd my lunch today 🥩

I’ll cook my steak how I want, health influencer guy Thanks tho

Love you, Paul, but I can’t eat my steak while it’s still mooing. I’m a well done kinda guy & it’s still a W in my book. Still way better than eating junk food & processed trash.

@pondtalk

Great advice Paul! I will pass this advice along to the @STEAKEMOJIONSOL 🥩 memecoin community! #EmojiFi #EmojiRace

It also tastes absolutely delicious

Stop *cooking* steak. Fixed it for you.

If you truly wanted all the nutrients and enzymes and UNKNOWNS you would eat it as fresh as possible, never frozen and raw. Why don´t you ? I´m sure you have considered it, so would love an explanation.

@WNBA .....

Rare steak is 3 times healthier, but it puts you at risk of getting parasites if not cooked properly.

We prefer ours "black and blue" or rare :)

What happens when one goes on a carnivore diet, eats high quality meats no pass medium and suddenly that person starts having gout attacks?

💯

If you cook your steak past medium rare, Jack doesn’t trust you. At that point, it’s not food it’s a war crime. Well-done = well-done with the Geneva Convention.

Aren’t all steaks cokes less than medium well to well done, full of micro parasites? 🤷♂️

What about parasites?

You cook your steaks?

Yeah no thanks

What about pregnant women?

@SeanFlanni

Any concerns with consuming parasites ?

@HeyGenLabs Spanish

So what internal temp do you aim for?

💯

You definitely will lose some stuff... Maybe! But there is no evidence to suggest that you will be worst-off, if you prefer to eat your steak well done!

You need to watch a few Guga steak videos. Those steaks might taste fine, but they don't look okay.

What’s your preferred internal temp for medium rare?

Just eat it raw man I’ve been doing it for over a year now it’s much better
