"Devoured this book in one night. Much different from other books in the genre. The main character is a masterpiece of conflicted morals and intense violence" Get it on Kindle now or read for free with Kindle Unlimited

That's a “novel” idea.

The verb has become "to book" which is just the germanic-origin phrase which means "to reserve a room" it sounds more comfortable to say "book the room" reserve sounds too.. economic.

Yeah the 5 websites out there that people use for biking reservations should stop using the word Book. Good content, the 3 people that needed to hear it will get really good use of this content. Maybe make content about choosing the right CTA instead of this contrived and limited-applicable word.

So... you're upset about using the word "Book" because it has multiple meanings (even though it's widely understood in this context), but you're perfectly fine with "Reserve" despite the fact that it also has multiple meanings (it can also mean a wilderness area, etc).
