Recently, on Chris Williamson's podcast, said it's "not true" that "there are only two sexes" in humans. He also claimed that "there are people with male brains in female bodies, and conversely." I'd like to address both claims directly to help clear up some confusion. THE SEX BINARY First, Eric used the terms “sex” and “gender” interchangeably, and when prompted to clarify he explicitly claimed sex (as well as gender) was not binary. He brought up people with intersex conditions as the reason why he believes this. But the existence of people with rare intersex conditions does not in any way negate the reality of the sex binary. That’s because the sex binary simply means “there are only two sexes,” and this is true because there are only two types of gametes. Males and females are universally defined by the gametes they have the function to produce, with males producing small gametes (sperm) and females producing large ones (ova). The sex binary does not mean “everyone is either male or female.” This may seem overly pedantic, bit it’s an important distinction. It may be possible that a person can be so sexually ambiguous as to defy categorization as either male or female, but sex ambiguity is not a third sex. The existence and prevalence of complex DSDs or so-called “intersex” conditions is irrelevant to the question of how many sexes there are. So, on this point, Eric is simply confused about what sexes are at a fundamental level. There are only two sexes because there are only two types of gametes—sperm and ova. I agree with Eric that we need to be compassionate and accommodating of people who might be sexually ambiguous. But claiming it’s “no true” that “there are only two sexes’ is definitely not the way to go about this. Apart from being incorrect, it carries a tremendous amount of baggage that I believe Eric and I would both agree must be avoided. BRAIN SEX Lastly, Eric said he believed it’s true that "there are people with male brains in female bodies, and conversely." Again, I believe this is rooted in a fundamental misunderstanding about what sexes are. Simply put, brains do not and cannot have their own sex that differs from the body. Whole organisms have a sex, individual organs do not. However, it is true that various body parts and organs can differ in the degree of how masculinized or feminized they are or appear. Hands are a great example of this, as their morphology is sensitive to in utero testosterone levels. As a result, some females have very masculine looking hands, and some males have very feminine looking hands. But no matter how masculine a female’s hands may be, it would never be correct to say that she has “male hands on a female body.” The same goes for brains and any other organ or appendage. While the brains of males and females can vary in the degree to which they are masculinized or feminized, it is never the case that a person can possess the brain of the opposite sex, even if they deeply feel that way. Eric, I’m a fan of yours and believe you possess tremendous insight on many topics, but I think you need to give this specific topic some more thought. I would be more than happy to chat with you about this if you’re ever interested. I think it's extremely important. Watch the whole podcast at the link below. 🔗

Talarico responds to criticism over saying “God is nonbinary”: “If someone’s got a problem with that statement…they should take it up with the Apostle Paul.” No, Mr. Talarico, we’ll take it up with you because you are distorting Scripture and denying God’s self-revelation. 1. Galatians 3:28 is not talking about God’s nature but about those who are “in Christ”—i.e. followers of Christ. The text isn’t denying that some Christians are male and some are female. It’s denying that male and female receive more or less of a heavenly inheritance based on their sex. We are all “one” in Christ no matter what sex we are. But we are nevertheless still either male or female biologically, and we will be male or female for all eternity. 2. “Non-binary” is a fictional category made up by queer theorists to refer to people who don’t identify with either male or female gender identity. While God does not have a body and therefore does not have a biological sex, He reveals His essential nature in masculine terms. “Father” and “Son” properly name the divine essence and are essential to orthodox trinitarian theology. The Bible always refers to Father and Son with masculine pronouns. Sometimes even the Spirit (a term which is grammatically neuter) has masculine pronouns (John 16:13-14). To describe this revelation as “non-binary” is to cast the Deity into a sacrilegious, profane, abominable, queer-theory paradigm that is completely antithetical to Scripture. The most important thoughts a person can have are their thoughts about God, but you are encouraging people to believe in a false god that looks nothing like the God of the Bible.

“For me it’s just common sense, that there should be any suggestion that people aren’t allowed to live the life they want to live & to be with who they want to be with & to express themselves whole heartedly, I mean as long as you’re not hurting anyone else & everyone else just needs to butt out.” David Tennant seemingly has no clue what critics of gender ideology are saying & actually opposing. So let’s make it clear: • First of all, common sense is knowing that there are only two sexes, sex is immutable & plays many vital roles in society, from sexuality to safeguarding to rights to procreation. • Next, no one is suggesting that people can’t live how they want to live. This is a nothing statement. There are, basically, 8 billion ways to live life. As many possibilities are there are humans. The issue is that one group of people has fallen for a lie and wants everyone else to live that lie to some extent as gender ideology is a direct attack on how everyone else lives, from speech to education to how society is structured to rights. • Consenting adults can choose who they want to be in intimate relationships with, that fight has long been won. But gender ideology actually wants to undo that, telling lesbians that they must accept men who claim to be women as lesbians & gay men must accept women who claim to be men as gay men. Now, if being with a person who is lying about their sex is your type, fine. But for everyone else, they also need their rights. Rights to lesbian only spaces & events & rights to gay man only spaces & events, all based in reality. Heterosexual people claiming to be homosexual and then enforcing heterosexuality upon a homosexual group is not progress. • Who is saying people can’t express themselves? Men can wear dresses & makeup if they want. Women can cut their hair short & do whatever they think men do. We’ve all got one life, live it in a way that makes sense to you. But understand: your expression does not change material reality, and is not a free pass to take away other people’s rights. Rights, rights, rights. • Many people are hurt by the ideology David Tennant & the like are pushing. Women’s rights are abolished, LGB people’s rights are dismantled (while simultaneously getting the blame for this nonsense), children’s right to grow up with their body in tact is demolished, and then there is freedom of belief, speech & association which impacts everyone. Don’t believe me? Try not believing in gender ideology & see how much freedom of belief you have in the workplace. Try creating a female only space and see how many men demand access to it, with institutions like human rights commissions backing them. Try being a female athlete missing out on competition because a man decided he is a woman and used his biological physical advantage to destroy your dreams. Just try to imagine that there are more issues in life than how one “identifies”. • Telling people to “butt out” is a clear indication that someone has never once considered how gender ideology plays out in society on a macro scale & why people would be against it, and that he doesn’t actually have empathy for people who are different to him while identifying as someone who does. If you don’t understand what your critics are saying, don’t criticize them until you do. The end.

Americans are becoming wide awake “Dearborn, Michigan is the perfect case study about why Islam is not compatible with American society or civilization at large. Did Dearborn become a beacon of light and hope? Is it full of charity and people looking out for one another in peace and coexistence and, oh my gosh, the amount of doctors and lawyers? No. Dearborn, Michigan is absolutely disgusting. It is filled with crime, it is filled with poverty, and it is filled with American citizens being told that if they do not want to bow down to the Islamization of America, then they need to get the hell out, even being told that by their own politicians. They feel like Islam can rule over everything there, right? They loudly play their call to prayer and if you have a problem with it, despite the fact that it legally breaks city ordinance with how loud it is, then you're told to leave and that you need to be quiet and that you just need to submit to their way of living. If you think that this is a coincidence, if you think that they have any intention of stopping there, then you are deluding yourself. These people are extremely violent. They don't want open discourse. They don't want open dialogue about religion. They do not see you as an equal, and girls who do not wear hijabs there or who do not dress in their definition of modesty are oftentimes harassed for it. They even went so far as to try to stop people from being able to walk their dogs because they see dogs as unclean animals. This is absolutely disgusting and I hope the American people start to wake up and realize what's actually going on over there.”

Yes, indeed, this is lawlessness by any standard. Even by banana republic standards, this is still lawlessness. Your country has a constitution, it has a government, it has a police service, and it has a ruling party. I am sure you can see that some of the people there are actually wearing ruling party T-shirts. It is lawless regardless of whoever does it. It is an embarrassment to South Africa as a country, what you are doing and what you are encouraging people to do. Your country has an immigration service. If people are in your country illegally, they should be arrested and deported through lawful processes. You do not go around destroying property, tearing down markets, and attacking people. It is illegal regardless of whoever does it. It is not illegal because I have said so. It is illegal because the laws of your country make it so. This is vigilantism, pure and simple, and it is tainting the reputation of South Africa, not only across Africa but across the world. If you have got satellite television in your home, you can see that these actions are being reported everywhere. It is not good for your country. This kind of barbarism undermines the rule of law, fuels division, and damages South Africa’s standing as a constitutional democracy. It is the actions of a few that are tainting the reputation of many. The average South African is not mindless like this. They respect the law, and they respect the fact that among them, in their communities, there are people from other countries. If those people are in the country illegally, you report them and the law takes its course through proper processes of arrest and deportation. You do not descend into mob justice, lawlessness, and destruction. That is not who South Africans are, and it must not be normalised.

This is something the Cabal propagandists will not show you. A stellar moment - one that will echo in eternity - of Hon. Edwin Mushoriwa Edwin Mushoriwa-Dzivaresekwa MP defending & upholding the dignity and sovereignty of our people. Instead, they will show you and celebrate the clown Susan, because under the Cabal's leadership, Zimbabwe has become a circus. Alas, those of us who have served with honour, loyalty, and respect have no problem taking off our hats to any truth and idea that pursues a better and brighter future for our people. What Hon. Mushoriwa has done here is commendable. It puts the Cabal to shame - if it still had any shame left, it would not show its face anywhere pushing for #CAB3. He stood & spoke of sovereignty - not as an abstraction, but as the lived reality of the people of Dzivaresekwa who elected him for five years, not seven!!! They gave their consent. He is bound by it. To extend that term without returning to them is not governance. It is theft by calendar!!! This is the core of constitutionalism: that the people are the source of all authority, and what they have not given, no parliament may take. The Cabal has forgotten this. Mushoriwa reminded the nation!!! He spoke of the Constitution as a shield - a document designed to limit politicians, not liberate them. The 2013 Constitution was a covenant. The people voted for it. They secured it with their hopes. And now the very politicians it was written to restrain are trying to rewrite it for their own perpetuation. That is not amendment. That is betrayal. Mushoriwa called it what it is: politicians limiting the Constitution instead of the Constitution limiting politicians. He spoke of accountability - the radical, dangerous, revolutionary idea that those who govern must answer to those who are governed. That elections are not inconvenient interruptions to development. They are the mechanism by which the people periodically renew or withdraw their trust. To cancel them is to cancel the people!!! To extend a term without consent is to declare that the people's voice is no longer required. Mushoriwa refused to endorse that declaration. And he spoke of the quiet tragedy at the centre of this coup - that the President, after 45 years of public service, may not want more years. It is the parliamentarians who have become the criminals surrounding him. The bought. The bribed. The Fortuner-driven. The envelope-collecting. They are the ones driving this. They are the ones who need the extension because they fear the voters they will face in 2028. The President is surrounded. Not by enemies. By courtiers!!! This is the politics the people deserve. Not the circus of the bought and the bribed. Not the spectacle of a legislator praising an interchange as though it were a constitutional argument. Principle. Sovereignty. Accountability. The Constitution as a shield, not a weapon. A parliamentarian who remembers who sent him and for how long. The Cabal will not show you this speech. It will bury it under empty press statements and misinformation narraitves!!! But the archive has it. The people have it. And history will remember who stood and who knelt!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

One of the most significant conversations I had in Red Deer was not with a longtime political activist, a public figure, or someone who lives and breathes this stuff every day. It was with ordinary Albertans who told me they had never really been involved in politics before. They said they had never canvassed. Never stepped forward publicly like this. Never imagined they would be out on the side of the road waving flags and speaking openly about Alberta independence. And yet there they were. That matters. It matters because movements do not become real when the loudest voices get louder. They become real when regular people, people who used to stay out of politics entirely, start feeling that the situation has become too important to ignore. That is what I think this moment represents. These were not people looking for a hobby or some political tribe to join. They were people who felt that Alberta may be staring at a rare window of opportunity, and that if we let it slip through our fingers, we may never get another one like it again. That is a very different kind of energy. It is one thing for committed independence supporters to keep making the case year after year. It is another thing entirely when people who were never engaged before begin to say: This is our chance. We cannot waste it. We may not get another one. That tells me the movement is moving beyond its old boundaries. It also helps explain why this issue hits so deeply for so many families. A lot of these people are not motivated by abstract theory. They are thinking about their kids, their grandkids, their cost of living, their ability to build a future here, and whether Alberta will remain a place where ordinary people can still prosper and live with a sense of freedom and dignity. When people like that start showing up, it means the issue has become personal. And once something becomes personal, it gets much harder for the political class to dismiss it as fringe. That may be the deeper significance of what is happening. The independence movement is no longer just being carried by the usual voices. It is pulling in people who had almost given up on politics entirely. People who had tuned out. People who thought nothing would ever change. People who are now saying that maybe this is the moment when Albertans finally have to stop waiting for Ottawa to fix things and start taking responsibility for their own future. Agree or disagree with them, that is not something to laugh off. That is a sign of a population beginning to wake up. And when ordinary people start believing that this may be their last real chance to change the direction of their province, that is when movements become powerful. That is when they stop being theoretical. That is when they become hard to ignore.

Anthropologist Michael P. Masters made two false claims on Joe Rogan’s latest episode. First, he incorrectly claimed that “we all start out as females.” This is a widespread misconception. In reality, humans begin development in a sexually undifferentiated state with bipotential gonads. Sexual differentiation occurs around weeks 6–8 of embryonic development. Second, he referred to an “island in the Pacific” where children are supposedly born female and then turn into males at puberty. He claimed these children “are girls” and that their “ovaries descend as testicles” during puberty. The place he is referring to is likely Papua New Guinea, but this is more often associated with a village named Salinas in the Dominican Republic. More importantly, he is misrepresenting the condition. It affects around 1 in 170 male births in Papua New Guinea, and about 1 in 90 male births in Salinas, and these children are NOT girls. They are boys (male) who merely appear female at birth due to a rare genetic condition called 5-alpha-reductase deficiency. This condition prevents the body from producing dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in utero, which is necessary for the development of male external genitalia. This is the same condition that male athletes Caster Semenya and Imane Khelif have. Contrary to what Masters says, these individuals are NOT born with “ovaries” that later “descend as testicles.” They are born with normal internal testes, which descend at puberty, at which point they also develop a penis. They are simply boys with a DSD that frequently gets them incorrectly recorded as female at birth. h/t Zagros Ozkan for the clip!
