I have been wanting to test performance transfer in Seadance 2.5 since launch, now I have, I am really impressed by the results. I wrote a short script and recorded myself giving a rallying speech as an orc warlord, then fed this and an image of the orc into Seedance with this prompt "A cinematic close up of an orc warlord giving a rallying speech to his army of orcs. Transfer the performance, movement and audio from Video 1 onto the the character Image 1. Do not add any music" I didn't prompt the dialogue or performance in text. The first video you see is a a final cut of the video, the second is the final cut of the video with my video performance. As you can see it's not an exact like-for-like transfer of the performance and voice but more a interpretation by Seedance. It's made my amateur performance better IMHO, more fitting with the creator but retain the essence, nuance and context. So you don't have to feed in a long prompt to get good performance out of your AI actors you can just show them what you want with a video! I used Seedance Enterprise on bytedances lumina platform Lumina link in the comments!

Brian Lovin Mary Rose Cook and I did a game jam using Notion as our "IDE": launching Cursor agents from a task board, and making a custom image for each task 😎 The demo shows 3 ideas for the future of agents: 1) Agents should collaborate across apps. Each app has its focus--Notion AI is good at drafting specs and organizing tasks; Cursor is good at coding. So let them specialize! Today we're launching a new integration where Notion AI can kick off Cursor Cloud Agents to do coding tasks. The Cursor API accepts natural language prompts, so I think of this as "cross-app sub-agents" -- it's kinda cute how it resembles humans hiring outside contractors 😊 BTW: the parallelism of cloud agents is incredibly freeing for creativity, but it also creates a new problem: sooo much work to keep track of! Which brings us to the next idea... 2) Agent orchestration is a data visualization problem. A powerful frame for designing agent UIs is to think of the chat transcripts as the "raw data" and ask: what visual projections might help people make sense of this data at scale? We need to engage our human GPUs -- our visual processing -- to understand what the computer GPUs are doing for us! One thing we can do is use AI to populate traditional UIs like progress bars and status updates. But there are also new possibilities now... For example: when you have a lot going on, it can be hard to identify tasks just by text titles. So we tried generating an AI image for each task -- turns out this helps a lot by giving it a unique visual identity! It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base. Huge UI design boost by adding this to my AI workflow 1. Explore variations with Variant. The secret is to use "shuffle layout" and "see other views". This keeps the essence of a design that I like, but gives interesting layout variations. I also change colors and explore narrow by specifying one or two things in prompt, like font name, UI style or light/dark mode. 2. Copy HTML and prompt with Gemini 3 in site builder. Fix minute details like fonts, icons, assets, intro/scroll animations, adaptive layout and make the whole thing functional. Include image references, button styles, code snippets and other components to keep things creative. Often, I see sites that have one cool thing, but the rest is super generic. That's because AI is especially good at being generic without continuously feeding specs. 3. Turn into a landing page by prompt adding new components/sections and connect/adapt new pages. This is the part where most people stop, but it's actually the easiest since AI is so good at reading existing code. "Adapt this {page code} for a {features, blog, pricing, login} page." Finally, set up SEO and custom domain name. Boom, you just shipped a pro-level site that doesn't look generic.
