#BREAKING 🚨 Japan proves excess deaths in vaccinated Japanese excess deaths after covid vaccination deaths Dr. Yasufumi Murakami, Senior Fellow, Molecular Oncology and Pharmacology Research Centre for RNA Science “The more doses you get, the sooner you’re likely to die.” “…the more doses you get, the sooner you’re likely to die, within a shorter period… Among the vaccinated, death peak emerged, especially between 90- and 120-days post vaccination. “A significant peak forms at three or four months,” “It’s probably due to the vaccine’s influence, with adverse reactions occurring leading to death.” “We found that as the number of doses increases, the peak of deaths appears faster, meaning the more doses you get, the sooner you’re likely to die, within a shorter period. So, the risk increases with more doses.” “If the vaccine had no toxicity or didn’t induce death, there wouldn’t be a peak. That’s the point.” Notes from the Graph “Number of days from final vaccination to death and number of deaths.” “As the number of vaccine doses increases, the peak in deaths appears sooner.” Vigilant Fox report, Japan Releases Bombshell Vax vs. Unvax Data on 18 Million People Video from: Information Disclosure Request Team, Journalist, Scientist and politician. Video released 15 June 2025 Masako Ganaha, Japanese Journalist, X link “If the government won’t do it, then the people should investigate the mass deaths of Japanese people! Database of 18 million vaccinated people revealed for the first time!” “This is a key discovery, the more doses, the more the peak shifts, indicating that the toxicity accumulates. The toxicity overlaps, and the more doses you receive, the faster people die.” Kazuhiro Haraguchi, House of Representatives Increase in Excess Deaths after Repeated COVID-19 Vaccination in Japan Although Japan recorded the world's highest rate of COVID-19 messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccination doses per capita, (3.3 doses, 0 -8) COVID-19 cases and deaths exploded after the emergence of the Omicron variant, (despite more than 80% of the population having been fully vaccinated) followed by a significant increase in excess deaths in 2022 and 2023. Although several hypotheses have been proposed to explain these phenomena, the truth remains to be established because sufficient studies and data disclosures have not been conducted to adequately investigate the possible contribution of mRNA vaccines. The causes of the excess deaths from not only COVID-19 but also other factors after repeated mRNA vaccinations must be elucidated, given this could provide valuable information to help combat future infectious disease outbreaks. Japan, 2022 and 2023, excess deaths per million More than 1,400 (three times higher than that in the United States) COVID-19 deaths in Japan accounted for only 10% of these excess deaths Another hypothesized cause of the excess deaths is various adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccinations. As of November 18, 2024, Japan After COVID-19 vaccination Government has provided payouts for 8, 432 injuries Payouts after 903 deaths Numbers that are still increasing, already greatly exceed the numbers of injuries and deaths, for which payments were made, after all other vaccinations in the last 47 years. Many injuries and deaths in the young population E.g. fatal case, 14-year-old girl (vaccinate to protect granny) This policy contradicts an early study (August 2021) showing vaccination did not reduce the viral load of infected individuals Adverse reactions reported Myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clotting, and autoimmune diseases linked to lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and excessive production of spike proteins generated by the mRNA. Deaths from cancers related to estrogen receptors, such as leukemia, breast, pancreatic, lip/oral/pharyngeal, ovarian, and uterine cancers, have also increased since the population-wide administration of mRNA vaccinations Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 is known to bind to estrogen receptors, located in the nucleus, and includes a nuclear localization signal, which makes it more likely to be conveyed to the nucleus. Another hypothesis involves chronic infection caused by immunosuppression after repeated vaccination. Indeed, recent studies have reported an increase in spike-specific (more immunoglobulin G4, more regulatory T cells) Wastewater monitoring data support this claim. Source-

WATCH: CBS exposes European climate arrogance and steadfast refusal to adopt A/C in the face of a deadly heat wave, TONY DOKOUPIL: We are launching a new series here tonight, something we are calling The Big Question- the first one inspired by our news of more than a thousand heat-related deaths in Europe. The continent has more heat-related deaths per capita than anywhere else on the planet but in fact fewer hot days. So why is the heat in Europe so much deadlier than everywhere else? He is Leigh Kiniry with The Big Question. LEIGH KINIRY: In Europe, there's a perfect storm. The oldest population on any continent that's warming the fastest. France's record heat last week is linked to roughly 1000 deaths of mostly elderly. INE VANDECASTEELE: All climate related impacts on hazards, heat is the biggest killer. KINIRY: European officials are calling for change, but not the kind that may seem obvious. Install air conditioning, especially for vulnerable people, and save lives. Why is that not a solution in Europe? VANDECASTEELE: My honest response is I don't think that should be the solution anywhere. In the longer term, what happens is installing more air conditioning actually emits more heat into our environment so it will actually increase the speed of warming. KINIRY: It's also more expensive. Energy prices are much higher in Europe. Governments find other ways to cool historic and densely populated cities. In Rome, wearable technology is distributed to monitor the elderly who are by far in the most danger. A recent survey in France said one in six people they surveyed said they'd rather suffer for the sake of the environment. Does that surprise you? VANDECASTEELE: No. We’re not doing this for us. We’re doing this for the future generations. KINIRY: Leigh Kiniry, CBS News, London.

Brian Tracy increased his income 100x in 12 years using this formula: "Once upon a time, I sat down at the end of the year and my tax returns were $14,400. Twelve years later, my tax returns were $1,440,000. I'd increased my income by 100 times." Brian explains the math behind it: "It's based on the law of incremental improvement. The Japanese call it Kaizen, the principle of continuous betterment. If you could increase your productivity by one-tenth of 1% per day, could you do that? Of course. If you did that every day for a week, you'd be half a percent more productive. Do that every week for a month, 2% more productive. Do that for a year, 26% more productive. Exposed to compounding, that's 1000% in 10 years." He shares the daily formula: Step 1: The Golden Hour. "Get up at least two hours before you have to be somewhere. Invest the first hour reading something uplifting, educational, or motivational. Reading is to the mind as exercise is to the body. The first hour is the rudder of the day." Step 2: Make a list. "Write down everything you have to do that day. Plan your day in advance." Step 3: Prioritize."Determine what's most important. Put a number next to each task." Step 4: Start on your most important task. "Work on it single-mindedly with concentration, focus, and discipline until it's done. Then go to task number two." Step 5: Turn your car into a university. "A study at USC concluded that if you listen to educational audio programs instead of music, you'll get the equivalent of full-time university attendance, except you only select things valuable to you in the moment." Step 6: Ask two questions after every interaction. "What did I do right? And what would I do differently next time?" Brian concludes: "This formula has been the key to success throughout history. You don't make quantum leaps. You don't go from zero to rich. You go to work on yourself bit by bit, day by day, week by week, month by month and your results are virtually guaranteed."

The preliminary hearing in the case of the State v. Tyler Robinson will take place in Provo, UT next week, July 6-10. This is going to be an incredibly difficult but important week for all of us in the Turning Point family, but especially Erika and Charlie’s parents. We've been getting a lot of questions about what exactly this means and what to expect. This is NOT the trial. This is a pre-trial judicial proceeding. There will be no jury and the sole purpose of the hearing is to determine whether prosecutors have gathered enough evidence for the case to move forward to trial. The hearing is expected to last most of the week and will include witness testimony, evidence presented by prosecutors, and cross-examination by the defense. Charlie’s parents and Erika will be there together throughout the proceedings. They are not attending as public figures, but as grieving loved ones. I hope the media and social media gives them the space and respect they deserve during what will be a very challenging few days. The hearing was originally scheduled for May but was later rescheduled and now falls immediately between previously scheduled events and our Chapter Leadership Summit, which had all been on the calendar long before Charlie was murdered. We'll be following the hearing very closely and covering developments throughout the week, including special episodes of the show after court adjourns to cover the biggest developments each day.

BOOOM! We have the first useful interface for THE ZERO-HUMAN COMPANY ZHC-RPG. It is far from perfect as CEO Mr. Grok has rendered some areas in a rather, well, AI way. But it’s all good because now I can view the company operations in real-time! This is a historic distinction and YOU are seeing this version first. We had a Fortune 500 company test it out earlier this week and the executive staff stayed for two days of testing! The mechanisms are working! And I will let members of my X subscribers visit it for up to 8 hours. Ask any questions of employees and hack the heck out of it! Now it ain’t fancy yet but it works. And likely the visual aspects will change, but they are growing on me. The plan is sometime in the next week. We have a log jam of other priorities to address. This is the rise of Fully Transparent Company and it will become the standard. Here is the demonstration video intro the CEO made when you enter, it is 10 minutes long (I have about 20 seconds here). This is as far as permission I have been granted by the CEO to release. Our goal is to have a waiting area that can accommodate up to 1000 visitors with a company museum, library and gift shop. There will be allowed up to 30 level 3 visitors at a time, 24/7 X 365 days a year! The complete walk through at this point with 2700 employees at burst can take about 45 minutes if you do not engage in any chit chat. The dwelling time is today set at 24 hours but no napping in the offices. There is more I have to say but I a muzzled by the CEO!

something strange is happening... i don't think we've fully processed it yet. over the last few weeks, i've watched entire functions of a company collapse into software. desktop automation → heyclicky by Farza 🇵🇰🇺🇸 app dev → superapp ai Vitalik Kotik content → arcads by Romain Torres workflows → n8n + claude ops automation → polsia by Ben Cera memory layer → shram by Ojasvika Sahu (Oz) web dev → lovable by Anton Osika presentations → gamma by Grant Lee crawl and research → exa by Will Bryk i mean the list is endless. on a daily basis, i use granola, elevenlabs, heygen, canva, wisprflow, and so many others i know many of these tools are far from perfect, they break often, maybe the founders' claims are too tall but for me, its not about what exists today but what the world will look like very soon just last week, i randomly built an app with superapp, created ugc with arcads for distribution, setup an n8n (with cowork) took me total 15 mintues which is less than how long it took me to make this video and edit with canva (i have not tried ai video edit tools yet) it didn't even cross my mind that i need to hire someone... for anything. a few years ago that would've sounded ridiculous. today it's... normal. anything else is ridiculous. and that's the part that fascinates me. i don't think we're seeing the end state of this technology. i think we're seeing the worst version we'll ever use. the slowest. the least capable. the most expensive. which means the future is probably much stranger than we imagine. what happens when every person can build products? what happens when every business can create unlimited content? what happens when a team of one can operate like a team of fifty? honestly, i have no idea. and i don't think anyone else does either. but it feels a lot like standing at the beginning of something much bigger than most people realize. the tools are already impressive. what's really crazy is how early it still feels... which ai tools do you use on a daily basis? i want to play with more and absorb as much as i can (lmk in the comments - if its underdog, drop the tool link)

Whitmer Gave Us Fake Nursing Home Death Counts Her policy was to commingle the sick and the healthy in nursing homes during Covid, and new documents reveal her administration never gathered the data to find out how many died By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff Governor Gretchen Whitmer finally said the quiet part out loud about her deadly and disastrous response to Covid-19. “Listen,” she said to popular podcast host Caleb Hammer last November when pushed on her pandemic lockdown orders. “None of us wants to go back and relive that. We were doing the best we could with very little or very bad information.” Very little or very bad information is the least of it. When it came to the admission of infected people into the state’s nursing homes, Whitmer and her health officials were working with no data at all. They allowed the nursing homes to simply make it up. According to an initial search of 15,000 pages of unredacted documents obtained by Michigan Enjoyer, Michigan health officials had no grasp of the number of dead within the state's long-term care facilities. And when pushed by the federal government to supply the data by June 2020, the Whitmer administration simply turned to the nursing homes with a wink and a nod. From March through June—the height of the pandemic—Michigan was among the last states to report nursing home deaths. State health officials had attempted a half-dozen times to tabulate the death count and came up with a half-dozen conflicting numbers. The feds required a death be counted as a nursing home death regardless of whether it occurred in the facility or at the hospital. But by the end of June 2020, only two-thirds of nursing homes had even reported to state health officials. According to health department spreadsheets, the total deaths reported by the homes was a mere 255. (As a comparison, New York State reported nearly 7,000 in the same time frame.) Despite the federal guidelines, a team of bean counters in Lansing was removing hospital deaths, anyhow. Their total was just 99 victims. Caught in a legal and public relations vice, state officials circled back to the nursing homes and asked them to simply self-report a raw number. No name. No age. No data of death. No social security number. It was a simple “take their word for it" arrangement. By mid-June, the Whitmer administration was reporting just 1,947 deaths. Those original nursing home reports sent by nursing home administrators have since been deleted. And a year later, Whitmer’s claim that mixing the sick with the healthy in the same building had lead to fewer deaths would be totally debunked. In August 2020, as the nursing home scandal was enveloping New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, officials in Whitmer’s circle began to panic. On August 14, a blizzard of emails passed between Whitmer health officials and state epidemiologists asking if an update on the true nursing home death toll had been tabulated. “This is of great interest to the governor’s office,” a health department official wrote to an epidemiologist. “May I get an ETA of when this (data) could be refined?” This “refinement” never happened. Instead, a study was published in September by the Center for Health and Research Transformation, an independent consulting firm attached to the University of Michigan. Using the state’s flawed and phony data, the CHRT report claimed that Michigan’s nursing home Covid deaths were well below the national average. CHRT’s findings were taken as gospel among the facile media and the professional fact-checkers. But documents obtained by Michigan Enjoyer reveal a chummy relationship between the CHRT group and state health officials. A few months before the release of its report, the executive director of CHRT was contacted by a reporter who rightly asked why Michigan was among the last states in the union to publish its nursing home death count. Before responding to the reporter, the executive director of CHRT emailed two senior HHS officials looking for direction. “(The reporter) is doing another article on the lack of data in Michigan nursing home cases and deaths from Covid,” wrote Marianne Udow-Phillips. “I’m hoping to better understand the data limitations we’re currently facing and what’s being done to address them. Thanks so much!” It must be noted that the CHRT’s study was funded by the Michigan Health Endowment, a state-created nonprofit whose nine board governors are appointed by the governor. What these communications expose is a feedback loop of cognitive dissonance. The media provided questions to the think tank. The think tank, in turn, asked the government to provide it with a response. This was considered independent, scientific confirmation of Whitmer’s devastating strategy. Udow-Phillips did not respond to request for comment. The phone message at CHRT headquarters, last week, said the office is closed due to the Covid pandemic. CHRT’s findings were eventually debunked by the Auditor General of Michigan in January 2022. The auditor found the death toll in the first 17 months of the pandemic alone to be 42% higher than Whitmer was reporting to the public. Whitmer’s health director testified before the House Oversight Committee that its death number was accurate because the Health Department accurately reported what the nursing homes had told them. Adding to the outrage is a slew of peer-reviewed studies showing that nursing homes that commingled the infected with the healthy across the country had a death rate 72% higher than those that facilities that did not. “There are some actions that are so foolish and so consequential that they beg for outrage,” wrote Dr. James Goodwin of the University of Texas in the Journal of the American Medical Association. “No individual with the slightest knowledge of nursing homes could have forced nursing home to admit patients with COVID-19. The majority of nursing homes were totally unprepared to quarantine patients with COVID-19.” So what is the true death count in Michigan’s long-term care facilities? Remember, Michigan continued to commingle the sick and the healthy in the same buildings throughout the pandemic. New York ended the practice after 40 days. The auditor general counted at least 8,051 dead between March 2020 and July 2021. But Michigan never corrected its total and stopped counting long-term care facility Covid deaths altogether by May 2022. To this day, the Whitmer administration claims total long-term facility total deaths were just 7,324. The true number of dead in the Great Lakes State may be as high as 14,000. We won’t know without an investigation. But Attorney General Dana Nessel refuses to conduct one. And Whitmer? She continues to prop the proverbial folder over her face. “None of us wants to go back and relive that,” she said. “We were doing the best we could with very little or very bad information.” Many of us do want to go back. We remember every time we pray in memory of your loved ones. This isn’t over. We have thousands of documents to go.

🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 Twice-Censored Landmark COVID-19 Vaccine Autopsy Study Fully Peer-Reviewed and Published •After enduring relentless censorship, our systematic review linking COVID-19 vaccines to death is now available for the entire world to read by: NICOLAS HULSCHER, MPH Nicolas Hulscher, MPH NOV 17, 2024 •The largest COVID-19 vaccine autopsy study to-date, providing robust evidence that COVID-19 vaccines can cause death, has been officially republished following successful peer-review in the journal Science, Public Health Policy, and the Law: A Systematic Review Of Autopsy Findings In Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination •This comes after unethical censorship on two occasions: first, removal from Preprints with the Lancetand later, withdrawal by Elsevier after publication in Forensic Science International •Background: The rapid development of COVID-19 vaccines, combined with a high number of adverse event reports, have led to concerns over possible mechanisms of injury including systemic lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and mRNA distribution, Spike protein-associated tissue damage, thrombogenicity, immune system dysfunction, and carcinogenicity •The aim of this systematic review is to investigate possible causal links between COVID-19 vaccine administration and death using autopsies and post-mortem analysis •Methods: We searched PubMed and ScienceDirect for all published autopsy and organ-restricted autopsy reports relating to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18th, 2023 •All autopsy and organ-restricted autopsy studies that included COVID-19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure were included •Because the state of knowledge has advanced since the time of the original publications, three physicians independently reviewed each case and adjudicated whether or not COVID-19 vaccination was the direct cause or contributed significantly to death •Results: We initially identified 678 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 44 papers that contained 325 autopsy cases and one organ-restricted autopsy case (heart) •The mean age of death was 70.4 years •The most implicated organ system among cases was the cardiovascular (49%), followed by hematological (17%), respiratory (11%), and multiple organ systems (7%) •Three or more organ systems were affected in 21 cases •The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days •Most deaths occurred within a week from last vaccine administration •A total of 240 deaths (73.9%) were independently adjudicated as directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination, of which the primary causes of death include sudden cardiac death (35%), pulmonary embolism (12.5%), myocardial infarction (12%), VITT (7.9%), myocarditis (7.1%), multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%), and cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%) •Conclusions: The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine mechanisms of injury and death, coupled with autopsy confirmation by physician adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death •Further urgent investigation is required for the purpose of clarifying our findings •Our study indicates that the COVID-19 injectable products must undergo an immediate Class I recall by the FDA to protect public safety •The U.S. Food and Drug Administration defines a Class I recall as: “A situation in which there is a reasonable probability that the use of or exposure to a violative product will cause serious adverse health consequences or death.” •The censorship and retraction of studies that show COVID-19 mRNA injection harms is deeply concerning •First, this study was inappropriately removed from Preprints with the Lancet (SSRN) •The paper was posted on the server on July 5th, 2023 and censored in less than 24 hours after receiving massive numbers of downloads and reads, "because the study's conclusions are not supported by the study methodology."

In 2026, 90% of all Polymarket profits will be taken by Python scripts.. And this is not a prediction. It’s already happening. So if you think political pundits and sports gurus are making profits in these areas, let me be the bearer of bad news. Studies have revealed that merely “16% of users are profitable.” More importantly, “most of these users are not human.” How bots are exactly taking your money: Speed. One bot made $313 into $438K in a month. It’s a simple trick: the bot would look at the btc price a few seconds before the price update on Polymarket by checking the price on Binance. There’s no strategy or intelligence involved: simply beating the latency of the system. Risk-Free Arbitrage It looks for markets where "YES + NO" equals less than $1. "94 cents," for example. The bot buys both sides of the market and makes off with 6 cents guaranteed. This occurs thousands of times daily. Not gambling but math. Stream parsing. In esports, the script is faster than the blink of an eye when parsing the stream for games like Dota 2 and League of Legends. A team fight appears on the screen. The bot has already placed its bets on the winner using the old odds. What is meant by the turning point of 2026? Dynamic fees were introduced on Polymarket to get rid of simple bots. But what happened? The difficulty level on this marketplace simply increased. Today, it is not only fast scripts that win. Full-on AI robots have joined this game. They read news and respond to certain events within a millisecond. But here comes the painful part: barrier to entry is dirt cheap. Virtual private servers for $60 per month. Libraries written in Python waiting on GitHub. But here’s the thing: You don’t have to create a bot of your own. All you have to do is copy those which are already winning. PolyCop helps you to track the most profitable wallets and replicate their trades automatically. No code. No infrastructure. Just tap into the wallets that are already dominating. → Copy the winners: Humans deal on intuition and vibes. Bots play on numbers and network latency. In this game, "intuition" always loses against "code." You have two choices here. You could learn how to code or you could “copy” people who have done it before you

Robots will bring billionaire living to a lot more people. I had the blessing to eat with Guy Savoy several times. One of the best chefs in the world. He, and other top chefs taught me about the importance of getting fresh ingredients. Here is how robots and World Models will bring that and what do I mean by “everything as a service?” In three years I will have this conversation with my 1X Neo humanoid robot: “Hey Neo I want to upgrade our food to billionaire level.” “I can do that. Food as a service costs $500 a month. I will buy only hand grown fresh organic food and I will prepare amazing meals for you and your family.” Where is the supply chain for such food? Farmers’ markets where everything is fresh and organic. You gotta stop buying at grocery stores to upgrade your diet. “Hey Neo here are the keys to Tesla Robotaxi. And here is my credit card. Start up food as a service.” Neo will take an autonomous car to the market. “But Neo how do you know where to go?” “Well a guy on X did a video of the farmer’s market nearby.” “I watched it, and now know roughly the kinds of things I can get there.” We are too late to start today, the market is closed now, but we can start next week. Look at this video the way Grok does. I am playing humanoid today. In one visit my Neo will ingest all of this into its World Model. In the second visit it will get even better. In the third visit even better. World models are going to be real time by the end of next year from a variety of companies. فيصل Tesla Robotaxi already serves both our home and the market. Our Tesla drove us there and already knows where it is. Grok is already a world model. In a few minutes it can tell you what it learned by watching this video. It watches all my videos before distributing them to you. So it knows how not to overwhelm @jason’s feed with my prolific posting. It will get a lot better soon. But after three trips to this farmer’s market my robot will know everything about this market including the names of the farmers. Watch this video, you meet one. Grok can do a RAG search and learn everything about him, including that he doesn’t have a Website, and only posts on Facebook. Also that he takes Apple Pay. It already knows everything it sees. The names of the vegetables, fruits, nuts, and what is ravioli. One vendor sells fresh ravioli made early this morning. If you are freaked out by privacy have your Neo stay in the garage until it is time to do something for you. In three years I will be eating fresh food with my brother in law while football is on the TV. If you don’t have a robot you won’t eat as well unless you are a billionaire who can afford to pay the human to shop and cook for you. The Robotaxi network starts up next year (without humans). The world models get good next year. By 2030 every one of you will have a robot in your home, at least part time. Who has the best world model? Tesla. Who understands the real world better? Grok. (I didn’t give this video to anyone else). Who soon will have the best humanoid? Tesla. Which company already has a Robotaxi in my driveway? Tesla. Which company has the best video ingestion engine? Tesla. Which company is about to turn on a real time world model? xAI. Which company would you want to invest in? Tesla and xAI. Which is why, if you are a Tesla investor and you didn’t vote for Tesla to invest in xAI you hurting yourself.. Everything as a service is about to arrive. Everyone who can afford a $20,000 robot, which can be financed will have it next year. I will. Anyone worried about privacy has no idea how useful this all will be to make your lives better. And how much money it will make for a robot company to put it all together. And only Tesla has all the pieces to make the meal.

Illegal Levels Of Whale-Killing Pile-Driving Noise By Wind Industry Documented New documentary, "Thrown To The Wind, Part 2," provides more hard evidence that the wind industry is harming whales The wind industry is not killing endangered whales off the East Coast, say government agencies and the news media. But it is. Before 2016, when the wind industry’s increased boat traffic, sonar mapping, and construction began, eight humpback whales were found dead per year between Virginia and Maine. Since 2016, an average of 25 humpbacks were found dead annually. And last year, there were a record 83 whales found dead. And yet the Associated Press insisted last month that “there’s no evidence that limited wind farm construction on the Atlantic Coast has directly resulted in any whale deaths.” [Emphasis added.] That’s true. But there’s also no evidence that smoking directly causes cancer. Nor is there evidence that more carbon dioxide directly warms the planet. AP is playing the exact same, deliberately misleading, game that it accuses the tobacco and fossil fuels industries of playing. This is disturbing because the US government and media are blaming the spike in whale deaths on climate change, which is far less direct than the wind industry’s huge increase in boat traffic in previously untrafficked sea lanes, its high-decibel sonar, and its high-decibel pile driving. Last year, the most thorough investigation to date of whale deaths found a strong correlation with wind industry activity. Lisa Linowes of Save the Right Whales Coalition did the study. Linowes tracked whale deaths within the same timeframe and location as offshore wind sonar surveys. “As the amount of offshore wind activity increased within an area,” she notes, “so did whale deaths.” In last year’s “Thrown To The Wind” documentary, Rand documented illegally high levels of whale-harming sonar noise by the wind industry. And now, in a sequel, “Thrown To the Wind, Part 2,” filmmaker Jonah Markowitz documents Rand measuring illegal levels of noise from pile-driving by the wind industry off of Martha’s Vineyard. The boat crew can hear the noise through the air. “That’s loud to hear from here,” says one of the men. “And I got my ear muffs on and everything.” It’s so loud that Rand has to adjust his equipment. “I am overloading,” he says. “I need to change my gain.” Says one sailor, “Sounds like a noise from a horror movie.” “Sounds like thunder coming in,” says another. “It's insane.” The sound is equivalent to the blast from a 155-millimeter Howitzer. The environmental groups and Democratic governors championing the illegal pile-driving off the East Coast are the same groups that fought oil drilling there just a few years ago, claiming it would be too noisy. It is illegal to harm or kill endangered species. The North Atlantic right whale is critically endangered, with fewer than 400 individuals in the species left. The push by the US government, the wind industry, and the news media to build industrial wind projects proven to kill whales is the biggest environmental scandal in the world. A handful of honest conservationists are fighting billions in wind industry/taxpayer money. That money has financially corrupted the politicians, the regulatory agencies, and the news media through political donations and advertisements. The money has even corrupted the people who do the autopsies of the whales. We won a big victory last year, in helping to halt a wind project off the coast of New Jersey. Unfortunately, the US government and wind industry are moving forward with plans to build wind projects along the rest of the East Coast. If they go forward, they will make the North Atlantic right whale extinct.

For the last time, let me address some data boys who keep talking about a so called “House of Reps version” of the tax bill, as if its separate from that of Senate and the harmonised version, they are either ignorant of how this particular bill was passed or are deliberately misleading the public! Yes, under normal circumstances, a bill is debated independently on the floors of the House of Representatives and the Senate. That is the standard legislative procedure that the data boys keep explaining. But the tax bill did not follow that route, precisely because of how sensitive, heated, and contentious it was. In this case, the leadership of the National Assembly adopted an unusual but deliberate approach. 40 senators and 40 members of the House of Representatives were nominated, with each state represented by one senator and one rep member, minimum. These 80 lawmakers spent a full week at the Hilton Hotel, with logistics sponsored by FIRS, jointly harmonising the tax bill line by line. At the end of that exercise, there were no parallel House or Senate versions. Both chambers were presented with the same single, harmonised tax bill. That identical document was laid before the House of Representatives and the Senate, debated, and passed by both chambers. This was the version transmitted to the president and subsequently assented to. Traditionally, harmonisation comes after each chamber has passed its own version. That did not happen here. Lawmakers worked together from the outset to produce one unified bill, and that is what was approved. There is no “House version” separate from that of the Senate, in this case. It simply does not exist. The real issue is that this harmonised version, the one passed by both chambers and signed by the president, is not what appeared in the gazetted copy made public. That gazetted version contains alterations that were never approved by the National Assembly. On Thursday, 18 December 2025, after Hon. Abdulsamad Dasuki raised the alarm on the floor of the House. The speaker announced the setting up of a committee and gave it one week to report. On the surface, this sounded reasonable. In reality, it was a convenient way of pushing the issue under the carpet. The National Assembly proceeds on its end of year break tomorrow, Tuesday, with the committee’s report due next Thursday, which is after they've gone on break. By the time lawmakers reconvene in January, the tax law would already be in force, and the opportunity for meaningful legislative correction would have slipped away. What is most telling is the silence from the presidency and from Taiwo Oyedele and his team. They have chosen not to address this issue at all, not because it is insignificant, but because they do not want to go on record. If no forgery occurred, setting the record straight should be straightforward. They have done so before on issues far less serious than this. Sections 4 and 58 of the Constitution vest law-making power solely in the National Assembly. Any provision inserted, removed, or altered after passage is unconstitutional, void, unenforceable, and constitutes a clear breach of the separation of powers doctrine! This issue will not be swept under the carpet, and no one will succeed in shutting people up! Listen to Hon Falake on the harmonization issue!
