Put the gaming monitor in the middle and have that monitor using two inputs so you can switch between using it for gaming and using it as a triple monitor setup on your PC

middle one set up to Xbox, but with all 3 connected to pc

The other two don't distract you when gaming ones middle?

ive tried every possible combination with a 3 monitor setup😂 I def like the gaming monitor on either the left or the right monitor and letting the other 2 be the pc monitors.

Me personally, I game on the right side/chat & SLOBS in the middle (with the webcam as pictured)/whatever else on left. Love minimizing distractions and other light sources when trying to actually focus on the game.

This is how I got mine. Top is live feed. Middle monitor is the gaming monitor, and the vertical monitor is for chat, activity feed
