Having the biggest crush on Cammy as a kid, i was both stoked seeing this scene and upset since its really the only time she shows up in it. Super rad movie though, 11/10. They dont make them like this anymore 💪

I lived in Japan from 1996-2000, and I hit all the animation stores looking for cels from this scene. I was told the people who worked on the movie snatched up all the Cammy cels. I eventually did get this one and a few sketches they used for other cels.

this film still has better animation than most modern animated media.
