He’s 💯 correct. I was an exotic animal trainer in multiple zoos. Including the San Diego Zoo. Last century when they still had sea lions, we got Nelson from another facility for our sea lion show. Nelson was a California sea lion who ended up in captivity because he was a “beachy” his first year of life. Got rescued and rehabilitated by one of the groups in California that rescues and rehabilitates injured marine mammals. Nelson was releasable . He was young. He was strong. He got healthy so that’s what they did. Took him out to the ocean and let him go. Nelson wanted none of that wild life. He came back, climbed up in a lifeguard station and fell asleep. Rehabbers took Nelson even farther away. He came back to shore, pushed his way into a closed dental office near the beach and fell asleep on the couch in the lobby. Nelson had a very long happy life meeting kids and teaching them about marine life up close and personal. I think it’s what he really wanted considering how often he came back to us.

Just remember that the same Karens that think these animals should all be euthanized, are typically the same ones that promote euthanizing humans, both in the womb, and outside of the womb. They're part of a death cult, whether they know it, or not.
