What makes a person travel to a distant country to have their illness taken care of? I found out it’s not just tourists who are coming to 🇨🇳China, in 2025, 1.28 million overseas patients came to China for HEALTHCARE! Medical students from developing countries are also coming to China to study medicine. I recently interviewed medical students from 🇨🇻Cabo Verde and 🇳🇵Nepal, who are doing their PhD and internships in China's hospitals. Their intelligence and dedication to bringing that knowledge back to improve their home countries' medical services are what the Global South needs!

The Case of Missing Students! This is the real effect that RE NEET on students. In May 2026, when NEET was conducted, about 22.05 lac students appeared for the exam, which fell to 19.99 lac students, when it was conducted in June 2026, a drop of 2.05 lac students. When such incidents happen, the most to suffer is the fairer gender, the girls. Travel, trouble, trauma – all accompany being a girl in India. While 99,083 boys did not appear for the exam, the girls who did not appear is 180.862 students. Historically, the registered to appeared students is about 97%. In Re-NEET, it was 12.28%; a jump of 400% of those who did not appear. Would some one be held accountable for robbing 2.05 lac students? Any guilt? Ant repercussion of institutional failure? Or the burden only with students? A Proud Indian!

Today, I bring to the attention of the public the heartbreaking water crisis at Nyankumasi Ahenkro High School in Ghana’s Central Region. Students are forced to depend on an old borehole that is not safe for use or walk miles away just to get water for their daily activities. Using my platform, I am appealing to NGOs, philanthropists, and mineral water companies in Ghana to step in and support the school with a mechanized borehole. Access to clean water should never be a struggle for students. Please tag any mineral water company or organization that can help make this possible for the students.

If ever there is an award for misleading students or lying in an official document, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) may well emerge the winner. After a prolonged debate, JNU started offering BTech programs. And this is what they achieved: 1. They offer two programs - CSE & ECE. Both in high demand. 2. Their sanctioned intake is 120 3. They managed to admit 112 students. 4. The rank cutoff required a student of at least 98 percentile to get admission. 5. Only 78 students graduated in time. 5. Only 17 of the 78 could be placed. That too at an abysmal 6.5 lacs median salary. And the lies start here. The unplaced 61 students (78% of the graduating batch) are shown as having opted for higher studies. In no other BTech college do 4/5th of students move for higher studies. The fact is that each of the 61 unplaced students have been shown as moving for higher studies. It is a balancing figure. However, we have received information from students that their exams are scheduled for the 5th March. Some students have already arrived in India, so it is not possible for them to return. The current situation is very tense, and their parents are also very worried... We've even written a letter to the Prime Minister, regarding this, so that the exams can be postponed in coordination with the Ministry of External Affairs, and every university can be informed that their exams should be postponed so that the students can easily return..."

Protests are growing in the GTA and will likely spread to other cities. International Students who were duped by immigration consultants, and something Canadian authorities failed to catch on early enough about, are now paying the price after studying and working here. The entire system has always been designed to have Colleges/Unis profit off of International Students and has seldom cared for their well-being. In this day and age why are students even getting paper acceptance letters? It can all be done digitally and College/Uni webpages could easily tell students of their status? Why? It’s because they wanted the system to be made as easy as possible to get student’s fees into the hands of Colleges asap. #StopTheDeportations

Manuel’s total compensation is $1.18 million. Since taking the position in 2022, foreign enrollment at DePaul has risen 24%. At the end of the 2025 Fall/Winter semester, 658 of those foreign students were approved for OPT. Those graduating students will now be in our workforce, potentially up to 3 years. During those 3 years, students can apply for U.S. citizenship and may genuinely be fast tracked due to the fact that they have employment. 658 jobs that American students have had snatched away from them…in one semester.

Lowering standards for black and female students results in those students entering into an academic environment they are not qualified for. Then, when they fall behind, they are told it is because of racism or the patriarchy. It is cruel to admit these unqualified students so that administrators get more diverse photos on their college website.

A student visa is a temporary document to study in Canada. That was always understood. Our universities and colleges were built by Alberta taxpayers, first and foremost for Alberta students. Where there is room for international students, the terms are simple. Earn your education, then return home to build a life with it. Rules are what make a fair system fair and our country needs to return to an immigration process that respects the rules.
