This is why your ground beef always turns out grey and bland. Most people throw it in the pan and immediately start breaking it up, which causes all the juices to leak out and the meat to boil instead of sear. This guy shows the simple fix — let it brown like a steak (on both sides) first before breaking it up. The difference in color and flavor is huge. Would you try cooking your ground beef this way from now on? I know I am!

The Alfa Romeo 155 is an odd one. If you showed it to someone who didn’t grow up in the era, they’d probably write it off as another salesman’s car. I got the chance to talk to an Certified Angus Beef rep and here's something that might interest you. Regular tube ground beef is up to 40% cheek and head meat with a USDA cap of 25% on cheek meat. Ever wonder why some ground beef really needs sauce and seasoning to hook it up? That's why. Ground beef made from neck down is so much more flavorful. Buy it if you can afford it. Or grind it yourself. You can use a food processor and grind up your own ground beef. Chop a chuck roast or even short ribs up into tiny pieces and pulse it until fine in your processor. I have been sitting on this for a minute, I am not sure what is happening here but it certainly looks deliberate. The guy in khaki pants and a blue shirt comes up the stair and feels his pants as you can see in the video, and in the next frames you can see he basically throws a phone out onto the ground by two other people. Was this not deliberate? Why would you not try to pick your phone back up and why did the guy on the ground appear to wave him off? @PBInvestigate LouisianaGirl (Tara) Candace Owens
