Sub Institutional GC work is good. Ive said it before. This was a $26k job. Remove all the offices, install a new door to the warehouse, raise the fire sprinklers, grind and seal the floors. 5 day job. The owner "should" have done LED lighting, drywall patch and paint... all the walls under my scope which was another $13,000 but he said he had a friend who would do it cheaper, which is ok. On the smaller, owner direct jobs you have to be ok with partial scopes. If they have a friend who does one of the trades, they are going to use them regardless of price. All to say, it's good work. It's profitable. 3 jobs this month paid more than our best house flip in the last 3 years.show more

Hey FRSC, NIGERIA you people have been hiring kidnapper, thug among you people, this f00lish people stop me with my Ladies bike because I was not going too far and I was going to IJAN ekiti to collect something for my sick girlfriend and I told them but all they could said is I should bring my key that they are taking the bike to their office because I don't have driver licence for bike and helmet and this is the scope they have been using to extort money from young guys in Ado here , I told them they should wait that I want to call the person I'm going to meet for my sick girlfriend so it won't be as if I delay him but immediately they started carrying my bike so I have to use one hand to hold the bike that I said they should wait , I'm with you here, I'm not running to anywhere but they were behaving like thug and people that didn't pass through training at all, they said they will use me as scape goat inside this bush and nothing will happen, they started doing video only where I use one hand to hold my bike that they should wait and calm, they didn't do video where they are beating me and they don't allow me to do video of them, one of them hitted my stomach so bad which I nearly fainted and the red mark in my stomach is there in the video, but I didn't raise my hand on anyone of them because they said if anything happen to me here nobody will question them and I don't want to die because I was the only one in the bush with them, now to the form they wrote which is 12,000 I said I don't have 12k that I have 5k but they negotiated with me which they Collected 8,000 from me, and they didn't allow to pay it to bank direct, one of them that drinking Ogogoro regar said they will use the form to book another victim bike, he said that's how they use to do it that they can use 1 form to collect money from like 3-5 people, I wanted to do transfer but they see I have many followers on twitter so they describe where I'm going to use POS in nearest filling station, one was drunk and even offer me to drink Ogogoro regar and I said I don't drink that was after everyone calm after we negotiated, he said I should drink Ogogoro with him but I said no, he return the regar back to his pocket. I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. I am the person practice Law of Attraction many years and I do see a lot of change in my life! I believe everything can change to better after we change our heart and our mindset. On the way to Pi success journey, all our community should work together and help each other. Because we are on the same boat. We use our heart on it and we love it and it is in our life and it is our light and hope! Nobody want it fail. I read a story about a bird who has two heads share one body. But one head jealous another head and hate it. So he seduce the other head to eat a poisoned fruit. He is very happy to see the other head die. But after a few minutes, his head feel very painful and died too. I use the story to describe our poineers community. We should understand how to make Pi succes. If you hurt other poineers community, actually it will hurt your community too. I have no discrimiation on different price and respect all Pi Communities. However I would like all pioneers understand why we call GCV, it is not because ourselves greedy. It is because Pi need to start from high price to protect it on open mainnet. We all know a lot of pioneers come from the bottom of our society. They are in hardship, they even cannot afford food and place to live. And these kinds of pioneers has occupied most community. Nobody can prevent them to sell Pi becuase they are Pi holders. They need to survive, this is also the reason why there are a lot under table exchange to FIAT. Even 0.85$ or maybe 0.01$ they will sell Pi. What will happen, if the price is this low? I don't think this price can make eco develpe well. I talked with a Chinese mall rep, he told me many merchants hesitate to put their high value products on the mall is because the price big difference. If they use a price, then pioneers barter and sell in a lower price mall. It will hurt these merchants. This is the reason most merchant won't put high value products. How about the low consensus price bartered by pioneers? Yes, the merchant get a lot of Pi. However they still cannot survive if close mainnet more than 3 months-6 months. The pioneers will used up all his Pi. Then Pi has no relationship with him/her. For myself I have no Pi to use even if I have all basic coin and security circle migrated. All has been locked for 3 years. Now I changed to 90% so I only have 9 Pi in 2-3 years after almost 1 years mining. All bonus Pi cannot use now. before price united. Flipping houses, or rehab and resell, is a game that seems to be the craze these days. People with little (myself) or tons of money think they can buy a dump of a house, shine it up, and make $100,000 without a problem. So, I gave it a try, putting my proverbial chips in the middle and going all in. Renovated it in 63 days. New roof, HVAC system, electrical panel, kitchen, bathroom, doors, trim, flooring and paint. I listed it, and then it just sat—hours, days, weeks, months — costing me $100 per day in holding costs. We adjusted the price, staged furniture, and reshot photos, but it sat, but why? The basement was wet, which is the kiss of death in real estate, I have learned. As a GC, I have access to a network of subcontractors and skill sets that many people don't, though that doesn't mean repairs are free. After spending $60,000 in renovations, $14,000 in closing costs, and $32,000 in holding costs I was taking a loss on selling this house. Then, I had to put another $15,000 into it to stop water from entering the basement. It is what it is. The house is now under contract, and we feel good about things, which is a distraction from the other house I bought in the middle of all of this until my guy sent me this video yesterday as he was leaving….

This runner at first was caught in a pick off move by the pitcher. Pitcher throws to first and the first baseman fires to second and the umpire calls him out. He looked safe on the play. However, the umpire admits he was safe but said he called him out because the other team was losing 10-0 in the first inning. He said “he was so safe but I just gave it to them.” Basically saying we gotta’ get the game moving right? Fellow umpires, some coaches and parents said they respect the call and why. But many people said you are cheating that one runner by calling him out. They said no matter the score you have to have integrity even if it is 20-0. They said this is why kids grow up disliking umpires and why parents act the way they do. Tough one- I actually understand where he is coming from but if that were your kid, would you want him called out? I say call the game the right way 100% and let it play out the way it is supposed to. How is the other team supposed to get better if you are giving them calls? Do you agree with the umpire and why he did it? Or, are you totally against that and that should never happen?

I’ve seen a lot of people accuse Saudi Arabia of fabricating the moon sighting. Below is proof that it wasn’t. The first video is the exact moment the moon was sighted. The second video is the official testifying before a judge about the set up and what he saw exactly. He says "At 6:11pm (precisely) we saw an opening in the sky, and we all saw the moon and around the opening was all clouds" There is also a picture but it is against the Sunnah to share proof when a testimony is given by a Muslim so I refuse to share it in case we set a precedent to always share a picture and that would be a big error. A testimony of a Muslim is enough as we see from the Hadith of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbaas رضي الله عنه said: A Bedouin came to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and said, I have seen the new moon tonight. He said, "Do you bear witness that there is no god except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?" He said, Yes. He said, "Get up, O Bilaal, and announce to the people that they should fast tomorrow." [at Tirmidhi: 691 Abu Dawood: [2340], an Nasaa'i: [2112] Ibn Maajah: [1652]. Shaykh al Albaani رحمه الله said: So we see from the Hadith that he, صلى الله عليه وسلم، instructed Bilaal to announce to the people that they would fast the next day. So the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم was content with the testimony of this man, whom he did not know, on the basis that he bore witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, i.e. he knew that he was a Muslim, but he did not check on him any further and he did not try to find out how intelligent and smart he was, as was the case in the first Hadith in which the witness was 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar ibn al Khattab رضي الله عنه. Yet despite that he accepted his testimony. This Hadith makes things easier for people, and what this means is that the judge should be content with the witness as he appears to be, without needing to find people who know this man and can testify that he is of good character, as was the habit of judges since time immemorial. Rather it is sufficient to know that he is a Muslim. This man was a Bedouin of whom the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had no prior knowledge and he was content that he uttered the Shahaadatayn before him. So he was a Muslim with the same rights and duties as any other, and based on his testimony and the fact that he was a Muslim he said: O Bilaal, announced to the people that they should fast tomorrow. [At Ta laaq 'ala Kitaab Bulugh al Maraam, (audio tape), Hadith 5, Kitaab al Siyaam] This Hadith is evidence for the principle that a Muslim is to be regarded as being of good character unless proven otherwise. I’ve seen a lot of people accuse Saudi Arabia of fabricating the moon sighting. Below is proof that it wasn’t. The first video is the exact moment the moon was sighted. He said, "Do you bear witness that there is no god except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?" He said, Yes. He said, "Get up, O Bilaal, and announce to the people that they should fast tomorrow." [at Tirmidhi: 691 Abu Dawood: [2340], an Nasaa'i: [2112] Ibn Maajah: [1652]. Shaykh al Albaani رحمه الله said: So we see from the Hadith that he, صلى الله عليه وسلم، instructed Bilaal to announce to the people that they would fast the next day. So the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم was content with the testimony of this man, whom he did not know, on the basis that he bore witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, i.e. he knew that he was a Muslim, but he did not check on him any further and he did not try to find out how intelligent and smart he was, as was the case in the first Hadith in which the witness was 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar ibn al Khattab رضي الله عنه. Yet despite that he accepted his testimony. This Hadith makes things easier for people, and what this means is that the judge should be content with the witness as he appears to be, without needing to find people who know this man and can testify that he is of good character, as was the habit of judges since time immemorial. Rather it is sufficient to know that he is a Muslim. This man was a Bedouin of whom the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had no prior knowledge and he was content that he uttered the Shahaadatayn before him. So he was a Muslim with the same rights and duties as any other, and based on his testimony and the fact that he was a Muslim he said: O Bilaal, announced to the people that they should fast tomorrow. [At Ta laaq 'ala Kitaab Bulugh al Maraam, (audio tape), Hadith 5, Kitaab al Siyaam] This Hadith is evidence for the principle that a Muslim is to be regarded as being of good character unless proven otherwise. The death of MAGA was long overdue. It died not with a Bang on a stage, like some tried. But with a whimper in an interview about how “Americans don’t have any talent.” I do think he actually believes (some) of his own bullshit. He’s a businessman with billionaire businessman friends. He thinks what’s best for Hyatt Hotels is best for the country. He thinks hotels, farms, tech, banks, resorts, everybody flying in cheap foreign Thirdworld labor is good for business, therefor it’s good. Americans “didn’t want those jobs anyways 👋🏼😌” even though those jobs are in America and Americans are EXACTLY who worked them before. Americans were the ONLY ones working jobs in America during all of Trump’s lifetime, actually. But somewhere, somehow, it was decided that American businesses had a fundamental human right to claim Thirdworlders are geniuses and only they can work American jobs, which has always been code for “they’ll do it for far less pay. 😉” Trump and all of his friends did it for decades. They imported entire Thirdworld families, patted them on the head for being “good little workers”, and slipped a $20 with a wink to the guy holding the door, feeling VERY virtuous indeed. Now that EVERY sector of the U.S. economy is under siege by compounded Thirdworld foreign visa scamming, and companies are more and more flagrantly abusing the absurd fact that they are allowed to do it, Trump is being pulled in two directions. Does he listen to the voice of the American people? The American people telling him this economy fucking sucks actually (a blow to his ego, “Don’t they see the stock market??”) and that they can’t get jobs (“They just must not be looking very hard, back in my day you’d walk right in and give a firm handshake”) Or does he listen to the billionaire business friends, thanking him for a BOOMING economy, lionizing his BEAUTIFUL policies (“so smart!”), and imploring him to keep H-1B and other American Replacement schemes open because “I just can’t find anyone! This young lady ordered Chipotle from DoorDash. The driver was timely and everything arrived as promised. However as soon as he handed the bag to the customer, the heat and condensation from the hot food compromised the paper bag, all of her food spilled onto the concrete. The woman was confused, she didn’t know who to blame for this. So she blamed the delivery driver, claiming he should have handled the bag better and it wouldn’t have tipped, she thinks if it was the restaurants fault the it would have ripped when they gave it to him. Do you feel he was at fault for this, should he be responsible for paying her back or did he do his job and deliver the food?

Let’s be absolutely clear with the facts from today’s “march against the far right” which I attended from the start. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 1. These were left-wing organisations from all over the UK. Every union under the sun was in attendance. National Education Union are definitely indoctrinating children within the teacher and school environment, just look at their presence today. It is very concerning. Watch what they teach your kids. They, as an education union, along with Unite the union: join a union, were also fighting over who got to be at the front of the march today, thanks to two lesbian powerhouses not having it. Comedy gold 😂 2. The second video shows over 100 coaches being used to bus in all these so-called “concerned citizens” on organised transport. They are all part of a left-wing narrative which just doesn’t work anymore, we see exactly what they are doing. That was the entire left-wing loony left in attendance. That’s it. That’s them. This is a major point! We have millions who know what’s right, and the left wing in this country is about to get the shock of their lives in the next elections, swept off the map. That was a panic march. They know it’s coming! 3. There was no working class at this march! Fact! It was all middle and upper class people who attend the usual Palestine marches and Palestine Action events. They hate the Union Jack flag and they hate the working class.
