@geminicli 3.1-pro just sits there "thinking" for minutes on end in the CLI even on Ultra. Can we get sometype of fix before you roll out more features...

@geminicli We are actively chatting with the Google One folks about this to see what can be done. Hear you loud and clear. Hope to have a better update soon.

@geminicli Why is the usage limit in Gemini CLI for Google AI Pro subscribers much lower than the usage limit in Anti-Gravity? I hope you give us a larger quota.

@geminicli Right now the quotas are product specific. Which means they do differ which is not ideal for users who prefer one over the other. There are discussions to revamp the quota system though.

@geminicli I'm on pro and the cli essentially useless sooo slow. Do you have any plan to fix that?

@geminicli dude what's the point of building all this when the latency is so extremely high for consumers? I assume batch the default priority for all Google AI pro subscribers?

@geminicli Nice to see you expand subagents! Glad we can customize now

@geminicli Thank you sir!🤝

@geminicli I have been using subagents while in "experiment" stage and they work like charm.

@geminicli Yes! They had a long time as "experimental". Glad they are now on by default for all :)

@geminicli Please add the feature to create a new sub-agent using slash command `/agents new` . I really need this feature to simplify the process of creating custom sub-agents. I really don't want to manually write markdown files anymore. PLS.

@geminicli remote control when?

@LLMJunky @geminicli hell yeah 📈

@LLMJunky @geminicli The tool calling is behind codex and Claude .

@geminicli I thought you already had subagents in there.

@geminicli Built-in subagents have been active for a bit but custom subagents are now out of experimental. 🧪

@geminicli Ohhhh that makes more sense! Thank you.

@geminicli Also something to check out that we will showcase more soon... remote subagents! 🛰️ Can use any framework, model provider etc 👀

@geminicli Stop blowing my mind 🤯

@geminicli Thanks for the upgrades! I request you to please look into the recent Auth issues with Gemini CLI.

@geminicli Can you please improve tool calling please?

@geminicli Gemini cli's response is very slow these days

Great to see Gemini CLI finally shipping this. It's a huge quality-of-life win for agentic workflows within Gemini. That said, Gemini is playing catch-up here. If they want to stay competitive in the coding-agent space, the team is going to need to ship faster and more aggressively. Looking forward to the next iterations!

@geminicli keeping the main context clean is the real feature. context bloat kills reasoning before token limits do

@geminicli The 3.1 Pro and 3 Flash models respond too slowly within the Gemini CLI—particularly when the context size is large. In fact, even when the context accounts for a mere 10%, the response remains extremely sluggish, taking anywhere from ten to several dozen minutes.

@geminicli What kind of subagents are you spinning up? Curious if you're doing task-specific ones or more like role-based experts.

@geminicli Ahahahahaha 😛🤭🤣

@geminicli Great ! 🔥

@geminicli Nice to see. Will try it out in a few

@geminicli The context window staying clean alone makes this worth it. This changes how I structure my workflows entirely.

@geminicli Love this! Subagents with their own tools and context windows are a real game changer - can’t wait to spin some up and offload the messy bits. Any starter tips?

@geminicli Hi Jack I'm having pro models limited because for some reason my business account shows up as Code Assist for Individuals for me (not for other employees). What's the right place to submit such a support ticket?

@geminicli Why Gemini CLI always feels slow ? You need to address that

@geminicli Great news, This is actually useful keeps context clean and lets you split work across focused agents. Feels like a practical way to scale agent workflows without things getting messy.

@geminicli How about in Antigravity?

@geminicli Does Gemini CLI have a native desktop app like Codex? Or any plans for one?😁

@geminicli Does this work in Antigravity??
