Today, I’m not tied to a desk. I don’t have a boss watching over me. No one is telling me where to be, what to work on, what to say, or what my day/life should look like. I still remember everyone who told me I was stupid for wasting my time on 𝕏. “Get a real job.” “Those aren’t your real friends.” “No one cares what you post.” “Social media isn’t a career.” “You’ll never make real $ doing that.” “You just ride Elon’s dick.” “What you do isn’t even exciting.” “It won’t last.” Now all of those same people ask me how they can do it too. It’s really funny how betting on yourself looks foolish right up until it finally works. I built this life by showing up every single day when nobody believed in me and refusing to quit when it would have been easier to go back to Apple. I’m my own boss now. And I’m never handing that freedom back. 𝕏 is the place to be.

COITUS - Cancelled. To most it’s just an event. To me it was way more. You only have to look at WICKED, REMIX, KINKY. To see the dedication. I believed in it so much. The more people said it wouldn’t work, the more determined I was. But it’s just not going to plan. At this rate we would only get to 70/80% of what was planned. Not to sound ungrateful, but it’s not about just taking people money and giving them whatever will be. Due to the amount of work involved & all the others events/ renovations we have going on I just don’t have the strength to see it through. Thank you to those that did believe in it & those of you that help promote it. “COITUS” by name. Will be the 4th event. Someday. It just won’t be anything like what is was planned to be… Recently things haven’t been the best, It’s hard when you ask yourself “Why” everyday. For now I just need to concentrate on what we have. I see a lot of people commenting without even reading the caption or checking who I am. I’m a professional stunt rider, a movie stunt double and a content creator. I play characters, I create staged scenes because that is literally my job. Everything is planned, supervised and controlled. But even with all that, some people still rush into the comments to throw insults without understanding what they’re actually watching. Before getting angry, judging or making accusations, take a few seconds to look into what you’re seeing. It avoids a lot of unfairness and it shows respect for the people who spend time and energy creating entertaining content. And everything here is real work. It’s real riding, real effort and hours of preparation. There is never any artificial intelligence in my videos. I don’t blame anyone, but I kindly remind you to be careful with what you think you’re seeing before judging, because reality is not always what it looks like.

if you have been following me for some time.. you probably have seen my body, great angles, large numbers by my posts.. and as much as i am proud of my journey and the realizations i have had.. i am also super aware of how my content could have been perceived during my journey. i wasn't aware of it in the moment.. but now i really see myself differently. growth is making peace with what you didn't know. it's the vulnerability to admit you didn't know better, and the grace to forgive yourself for it. there is no sense trying to spend your heart beats that you won't get back.. regretting what you did, what you said, what you didn't say, how you didn't take action, etc. what matters now..is how you choose to move. how fast you take action, how fast you are able to see yourself in a different lens, how quickly you are able to self correct. being able to redirect yourself in your own life in my opinion is one of the most powerful tools we have to live better.. and to live truly authentic to who we really are. ps post yourself in the bikini because i will from time to time.. but it will be from a different place. 🤍 #intentionalliving #mindsetshift #quietpower #authenticgrowth #womeninbusiness

Coaches HATE TO SEE IT. Athletes get visibly uncomfortable. It takes maturity to handle it correctly. It's the REST INTERVAL. Too often we conflate activity with achievement. But when we're training for real speed, real power, or real strength? The session should be a lot more standing around than working. Because the prescribed work is to go at 100% - and that takes recovery time. So rest when the training rx demands it.
