The movie was very well done. The only thing I wish they would have included was the Federal Government’s role in encouraging/directing the banks to take on loans in certain zip codes.

The entire market is still completely fraudulent. Last year the entire banking sector got bailed out with BTFP and noone batted an eyelid.

The biggest reason for the collapse is when these banks rushed into subprime because of the huge profit margin on paper, they didn't realize that COLLECTING subprime accounts was a different skill set than collecting A and B rated accounts.
