If there was ever a surreal moment in my life or what you might call a “tipping point“ it’s this exact moment right now. I’m sitting here in the White House with my wife, looking at my business partner my life partner, and my rock just thinking that we started this journey 10 years ago in a strip mall in Naples, Florida. We started with the intention of getting a message out to the masses about how to live your healthiest, happiest most fulfilling life. We never imagined that we could even be a small part of affecting public policy and generational healthcare change in America but it’s happening. This is not only surreal, but it’s overwhelming. God has a funny way of revealing his purpose for you and I think today we’ve realized our calling. I couldn’t be more proud and more humbled by this moment. Let’s Make America Healthy Again!

Elon Musk’s company, Neuralink has just received FDA approval to start testing brain chip implants in humans! This is important because Neuralink is working on helping blind people see and solving many types of neurological disorders, like depression, dementia, seizures, strokes, and eventually helping paralyzed people walk. You may have seen a couple years ago they implanted two chips in a monkey to play a video game with just its mind- that same concept will now be tested in paralyzed patients so they can do daily tasks on a computer without needing their limbs. Neuralink is a small (~300 employees), but mighty company, with grand ambitions. The company was started in 2016 by Elon Musk and several others. This major milestone of getting FDA approval is a huge step in bringing this amazing technology to those who need it most. We focus on news and updates related to Neuralink. "Hello, friends I would like this blog to be alive, emotional. It's been 50 days since the FPV drone almost blew my brains out Today is such a day for me - super independent. And today until lunch I did everything myself. I put on this shirt myself - no one helped me. These shorts - also myself. No one helps me record this video, I record it myself. And in general, it all started with my crusade -for a pie on the first floor I went to the cafe myself, bought a pie myself. I want to show it to you. My first pie - here it is. Of course, it fell apart But I got it - in an unequal battle with the cafe and payments by phone Doing everything yourself is cool. It gives a completely different feeling of life I wash myself, I eat myself, I go to the toilet myself. You can't tell me how cool it is. You feel complete again. People who are in a difficult situation now try to do everything yourself People who are doing well just live to the fullest! Most likely, now you will see my forehead again, because I control the phone with my nose (for some reason the sensor doesn't respond to stumps) I want to do everything myself. Monster Hunter Wilds | Summer Game Fest 2024 Previews: • "The next generation of Monster Hunter" • Seamless transitions between village and wilds with no loading screens • Dynamic day and night system affects what monsters appear and their behavior • Dynamic weather with rain, lightning strikes, dust storms, etc • Map is "twice the size" of any other Monster Hunter game before • Quests can be dynamically started in the field without the need for a quest board • You can now swap weapons mid-hunt from your mount • New mounts called Seikrets are more agile than Palamutes • Attack, pick up items, and even swap weapons while mounted • Mounts have an auto-run feature that will take you to a pinned destination • Continue exploring freely after completing a quest, doesn't force you back to camp • Large monsters can now run in herds • As usual, monsters can interact and fight with each other as well • Light Bowgun, Heavy Bowgun, and Hunting Horn have seen some of the biggest changes to make them feel better • Capcom placed a big focus on the story this time including playing with camera angles and cinematics • Online co-op has seen matchmaking improvements • Playing through the story in multiplayer is more convenient but there are still some story moments you have to watch solo • 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC #MonsterHunterWilds #Capcom

More than two centuries later, the institution is once again ushering in change, this time for a digital era. Under President Lynn Martin, the NYSE has embraced the technological shift and a new generation of market watchers, while building out a media platform of its own. It is designed to be shared with partners, from established outlets to independent creators. "We are both a partner to all publishers and we are, in equal parts, a publisher," Joe Benarroch told a crowd of industry players and creators at a recent NYSE event. I've seen this up close. Ticker Take became a NYSE 🏛 partner in late 2025, enabling Caroline Lesley and I to share stories from the floor with our audience. Around the same time, the NYSE also teamed up with TBPN, which was recently acquired by OpenAI. The openness is working. NYSE content now reaches roughly 50 million monthly viewers across partner platforms, more than double a year ago. Daily live programming is up more than 200% year-over-year. Its flagship podcast, Inside the ICE House, has passed a million downloads. Almost three years ago I had a really tiny Chewie (he’s three now) and I was terrified that the stray dogs would hurt him every time I took him for a walk. I walked with sticks and I used to be quite alarmed if any stray dogs would come near us. Gosh they growled! I got the best advice from a friend. He said instead of carrying a stick and getting alarmed, start making friends with the stray dogs. Your dog (Chewie) will mirror your reaction to the strays. I wasn’t convinced but slowly I started meeting the strays when I’d walk out alone. I slowly started getting Chewie out and started walking him just near the area of the strays so that they got used to seeing me around with Chewie. Next I started walking with the strays. I did have some growling at Chewie but I kept myself calm. Chewie was quick to learn! He is such a friendly Shihtzu ! Not because he was somehow born that way but because I kept his world without fear. Now the strays play with him. They wag their tails when they see us. They surround us when we walk in their “area”. Protecting us. You know that’s what they’re doing. Once Chewie ran out and two strays started playing with him pushing him back to the house. I wish I had the camera! They knew he had to go home! This takes time. Months even. But all strays are trying to do is protect themselves. Once we understand that. We can coexist peacefully with them. I see such idiotic takes on this platform. I resist my urge to tell people that the monsters are us humans, we’re the ones who can’t bear to share our spaces with the very animals whose spaces we have taken away. #liveandletlive

Crimson Desert previews are here and overall, content creators are impressed with the game: - Open world is gorgeous, the game ran remarkably well on this PC build with no FPS drops (7900XTX GPU), the draw distance is insane - Crimson Desert does not hold your hand, there are genuinely difficult puzzles and no yellow paint to guide you, with a ton of mechanics in combat and exploration that all come together and are up to the player to use - Every single questline's cutscenes are motion captured and animated, it does not use generic animations (at least for main quests) - MMO roots from Black Desert are obvious, the skill tree is deeply involved and each build feels entirely unique - Combat is reportedly "really good" with a ton of complex mechanics and great animations - NPCs don't have schedules like a Kingdom Come 2 or Skyrim, they are mostly static but they will react to your actions and there is a full crimes system that you can mess with - You can set arrows on fires by aiming towards any source of fire then shooting, this is used in environmental puzzles. Another way to set things on fire is by pressing down both bumpers which causes Kliff to hold up his sword to reflect the sun's light onto things to set them on fire - Quest givers will contact you by sending a bird with a letter, this will happen naturally in the open world - Exploration is fantastic, each location is entirely unique and you can utilize all the different abilities in unique ways, for example you can launch yourself across a wall OR use a dragon to fly in OR climb it - Boss fights are very advanced, each one is unique with their design and movesets - Side Quests and Random Events are fun, some are as small as rescuing a cat from a rooftop, others are more major storylines - Some quest bugs were seen, but no optimization issues, when they were switched to an Endgame save, many reported a higher number of bugs and glitches but nothing game-breaking. - There are combat finishers and they are unique for each weapon type - Combos are available and they are unique for every single weapon type, there are many button combinations to apply these in combat - Some content creators complained that the puzzles were too confusing as they utilize a very specific ability at times and its hard to keep track of all the abilities that you have - You can buy food or cook it, or hunt and sell that meat - Content creators all loved it, they played 6+ hours and had fun, saying that they just want to play more afterwards - Controls however are described as complex and may be clunky as there are a many button combinations for unique actions It seems like Crimson Desert is shaping up to be a genuinely great game, we are yet to see console footage but if the amazing optimization for PC is anything to go by, we likely have little to worry about. Just get better, earn something, prove to myself that I could actually make this work. And I did. But like most people, there were moments where it started to feel like that was enough, like I could slow down a bit. That mindset is dangerous. Because the moment you tell yourself this is okay, you stop pushing. And when you stop pushing, you stop growing. I had to change that. I shifted my focus. I stopped just trying to get by and started building something real. I leaned into Web3, started putting myself out there, connecting with people and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. And that changed everything. It made me realize something. A lot of people don’t lack motivation. They’ve just outgrown their reason. When your goals are too small, your effort becomes small. When your vision expands, your actions follow. Right now I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m far from where I started and that gap means everything to me. So I’m raising the standard again. Bigger goals, more visibility, building things that actually matter and not getting comfortable too early. If you’ve been part of my journey in any way, I appreciate you. I want to preface this with the following: I know that streaming in public is going to cause passersby to be curious, ask what you're doing, or even ask to be on camera. I am not opposed to this, and I understand that filming in public is opening myself up to situations like this. But I also try to be low-key and keep others out of frame while I am doing my IRL streams. I try to make it clear that I am not trying to be a "spectacle" type of IRL stream. Now for the context of this clip. I was IRL streaming at the mall and was being followed and harassed by a group of about 6 teenagers the entire time I was there. In this clip, you can hear them screaming because they knew I was coming and they wanted to cause a scene. You can also hear them yelling at me saying "let me be on your twitch". They then proceeded to hunt me down the rest of the time I was at the mall. I've been IRL streaming for three years and this week I have experienced more harassment from people (exclusively teenagers) than I have in the past three years combined. I understand that a lot of kids are being exposed to live streaming, and it's probably exciting to them to see a streamer in the wild, but when did kids become so rude and demanding? I know I'm an adult and they're just kids, but it's still unnerving to be followed and yelled at by a group of people regardless of their age.
