I asked Luke Kornet about his memories from stretches where he was a DNP for many games in a row, and what his message is to the young guys who find themselves in that position now: “It's just a lot of peace to come to life of accepting the position that you're in and then just doing the best with that, versus trying to fight it and want to be in a different one.” “You can spend a lot of time worrying about things that you can't really control. But when you just take the opportunity that you have and do the best with that, you can have days like today where a lot of guys came in and were able to contribute. You can have peace about knowing that you did your job well, just as you did the day before, the day after. It might just look a different way every time. I feel like that's what I've been taught through my life. That's the only thing attitude that you can have that you can actually do something with – versus trying to control things that are outside of what you can control.”

There are times when the fact that this life goes on day after day feels really frightening. Because every day you have to feed yourself, you have to do things, and so life and death, the fact that morning comes and another day starts, it can feel wonderful at times, but there are also parts of life where it presses down on you, like a kind of light depression. This feeling that you have to keep doing something every single day In the end, that’s why it’s important to have your own sphere, your own beliefs, hopes, and goals. Taking about ❤︎ 🐧: Love is something both magical and strange at the same time. And it carries unimaginable strength. You just living your life, working hard and not care about anyone or anything. Suddenly, one day, you turn back and WOW… you SEE THAT PERSON. Then, out of the blue, everything seems to stop. It’s like getting hit by a train. Suddenly everything is different. Everything is brighter… like you have a glass on, like a filtered glass… everything is pink i guess… everything is color… 🐧: You became happy. Then you start thinking about that person. Start missing them. Start daydreaming. Then you’re CRAZY about them. Then you start feeling scared. You’re afraid of loosing them. Then suddenly it starts to hit you. Because in another 48hrs, this very silence will turn into applause (hopefully) , laughter, emotions… life.❤️‍🩹 Tomorrow, 12th April, Sunday evening, this space will come alive with our play. Unpopular opinion but staring into the sunrise and sunset is not bad for your eyes. I used to have terrible eyesight and I needed glasses just to see and correct my eyes but now I have perfect vision and I believe the thing that helped me the most is sun gazing. This means around 10 to 15 minutes before sunset and 10 to 15 minutes after sunrise, looking directly into the sun. The mainstream medical doctors and media will tell you that it's absolutely dangerous, but it has done nothing but good for my eyesight. This is because when you stare at the sun, you are exposing yourself to natural light, which most of us are extremely deficient in. The best thing you could possibly do is also ground as you look into the sunrise or sunset to get all of the benefits from grounding as well. it almost seems like the media was wrong once again.

The happiest people in life when people are at their best is because they love something more than they love themselves. They love their children, they love God, they love their mission, what have you. And all misery comes from rumination, from sitting around, being depressed, going in circles in your own head about me, me, me, me, me. Me is a disease. And you need a concept of a me to be effective and to keep track of things. You have a memory, you have certain predilections, you have personality patterns. lando: “dementia is not something that just people have as they get older. you can be born with it, young people can have it. and it affects over 50 million people around the world. so it's something that none of us want to have. and i'm a guy that my whole life is about memories. it's about creating those pictures in your mind. and the last thing i ever want to do is lose that as i get older. that's what everything in my life is about. so it's cool that i can go out and track. i can have my fun. i can go and race. but there's a kind of second meaning behind it all. and at the same time, i get to do something good for the world. and that's something that i love” ❤️❤️
