Supplementing with Tongkat Ali can boost testosterone by as much as 100-200 ng/dL It primarily works by suppressing sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and increasing steroidogenesis—enhancing local testosterone production in the testes Another speculative mechanism includes selective estrogen receptor modulation (SERM)-like activity, potentially boosting testosterone through estrogen receptor modulation in...

Testosterone is far more than just a muscle-building hormone. It’s a cornerstone of health influencing mood, cognition, bone density, libido, and even longevity. In this episode, Derek (More Plates More Dates), host of the popular YouTube channel ‘More Plates More Dates' and co-founder of Marek Health, joins me to unpack testosterone’s true role in health, from bone density and insulin sensitivity to brain function and longevity. We cover how lifestyle factors, diet, and micronutrients like vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium shape testosterone levels, and which testosterone-boosting supplements actually work versus those that are just hype. We dive deep into testosterone replacement therapy—when it’s warranted, what benefits to expect, the risks (like polycythemia and fertility suppression), and how delivery methods such as injections, creams, and orals formulations differ. We also explore testosterone therapy for women, cardiovascular disease and prostate cancer risk, and how DHT drives hair loss, plus the safety and efficacy of treatments like finasteride, minoxidil, microneedling, and ketoconazole shampoo. If you want to understand testosterone beyond the headlines, including its functions, its tradeoffs, and the practical ways to optimize it, this conversation is a must-listen. Links in the next post. Dr Anthony Fauci authorized over $200 million US taxpayer dollars for transgender animal testing and animal torture “Can you describe what exactly the American people's taxpayer dollars were spent on regarding transgender animal testing?” “Yeah: - In a lot of these cases, they involve mice, rats, monkeys who are being surgically mutilated and subjected to hormone therapies to mimic female to male or male to female gender transitions - Gender affirming hormone therapies, and then looking at the biological, psychological, and physiological effects of the gender transitions - Looking at the effects of taking vaccines after you've transitioned these animals from male to female or female to male - Looking at the size of their genitals changing after you've put them on estrogen or testosterone therapies to transition them - There was a $1.1 million grant to give female lab rats testosterone to mimic transgender male humans and then overdose them with this party drug to see if female animals taking testosterone were more likely to overdose on the sex party drug than animals who are not taking testosterone “Are many of these taxpayer funded animal studies shared with the public or is there a significant oversight of this research?” “You essentially needed a degree in information technology to navigate the federal spending databases to find any of this stuff.” “In our analysis, Dr. Fauci funded about 95% of the change-drender animal experiments” “What we are doing to test human effects is poisoning lab animals - Forcing them to breathe wildfire smoke simulated in a laboratory by burning different types of foliage and pumping into animals cages - Making them obese to simulate what it would be like for obese people to be exposed to wildfire smoke - Shooting off handguns and rifles and forcing animals to breathe the emissions and gun control experiments - and the list goes on and on”

Dr. Rachel Marynowski shared a perspective on cholesterol history that makes you pause. In the 1970s, doctors weren’t aggressively screening for high cholesterol because levels up to around 300 mg/dL were often still considered within a normal range. Cholesterol is something the body produces and needs for many essential functions, including cell membranes and hormone production. Then in 1984, the National Institutes of Health launched the National Cholesterol Education Program. This coincided with pharmaceutical companies developing the first statin drugs (the first one, lovastatin, was approved in 1987). Over time, guidelines from groups like the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology lowered the thresholds for what was considered “high” cholesterol. The result? Millions more people became candidates for cholesterol-lowering medication. Dr. Marynowski, an integrative physician, points out that this shift happened alongside heavy pharmaceutical involvement in research, education, and guideline development — raising questions about how much science versus commercial interests shaped the narrative that cholesterol is primarily a villain. Science nugget: Cholesterol is vital for human physiology. The body synthesizes most of what it needs (about 75–80% in the liver), and it plays critical roles in producing steroid hormones (like cortisol, estrogen, and testosterone), vitamin D, and bile acids for digestion. Extremely low cholesterol levels have been associated in some studies with higher risks of certain health issues, though optimal ranges remain debated. It’s a reminder that medical guidelines and “standard care” can evolve — sometimes influenced by more than just pure science. What are your thoughts on how cholesterol guidelines have changed over the decades, or how much weight you give to the role of pharmaceutical funding in shaping them?

GM! Thanks for sticking with me through these long posts as we dive into the complexities of Kaidro. Today, let's talk about the development of our animation series. We haven't discussed this much because it's quite detailed. Where are we with the animation series development? It's a complex answer because our IP spans multiple mediums. Here's a simplified breakdown: - Learning from Anime: Like popular series such as "Fullmetal Alchemist," "Naruto," and "One Piece," where manga serves as the storyboard for anime, we've taken a similar approach but with a twist. - Starting with the end in mind: We began by creating 3-D assets in Unreal Engine 5 for our Webtoons and print manga. This choice allows us to use the same high-quality assets for cinematic TV, movies, and games, reducing costs and enhancing consistency. - Asset Reuse: By developing assets once for high-quality output, we can use them across comics, games, and animations. This method, similar to what was done in "Arcane," involves hand-painting over 3-D models for a unique look. - Cost and Efficiency: This approach isn't common due to its difficulty and the need for story consistency. However, it allows for smarter production, echoing the methods of visionaries like Disney and Hanna-Barbera, ensuring we can sustain and grow our IP like Pokémon. Current Status: - Pre-production: We're well into preproduction, with story development, storyboards, color scripts, and asset creation nearly complete. This groundwork usually takes years but we're ahead. This is because what I listed above are the mangas. Each manga counts as two episodes. And because each of those are fully developed, we have all the information we need to develop an episode. - Production Timeline: We're set to move into full production in 2025. Post our animation lock-up system with the community we am to go into full production after that in January. - Quality and Speed: An example of our efficiency is the cinematic for December 18th, where we reused game assets for backgrounds, finishing 43 scenes in just a month, which is exceptionally fast. Why This Matters: - For Investors and Community: This strategy not only reduces costs but also extends the life and reach of Kaidro, ensuring long-term success. We're significantly further in our animation development than most Web3 projects, maintaining high quality while pushing boundaries. Our hyper focus is on the production pipeline to allow for the anime to come to life. LFG $KDR

🚨 Planned Parenthood is quickly becoming one of the number one providers of puberty blockers to teenagers in America “Almost 12,000 teenagers, aged 12 to 17, have been treated with puberty blockers or pro trans counseling by Planned Parenthood” “I guess after the overturning of Roe v Wade and the consequential closure of Planned Parenthood abortion clinics all over the country, the company hit the drawing board and asked how can we make up for this loss of revenue? The answer, it turns out, was pretty simple. And as a result, to date, almost twelve thousand teenagers, aged 12 to 17, have been treated, I hate even using that word, with puberty blockers or pro trans counseling by planned parenthood. More often than not, with zero history of gender dysphoria and no actual medical diagnostic process. Stories of detransitioners like Helena Kirschner are starting to expose just how bad Planned Parenthood's counseling actually is. This beautiful young woman walked into a Planned Parenthood clinic, and in less than an hour, she was given 4x the typical starting dose of testosterone hormone replacement therapy by a nurse practitioner. Less than an hour. Pat Catterson, another young woman, less than an hour, expected that she would have to go through some sort of diagnostic process, but instead called a doctor from Planned Parenthood for 30 minutes on the phone and was given a prescription for testosterone. Thirty minutes. When you also consider that Planned Parenthood is probably the number one author of sex ed curriculum in our country today, influencing millions upon millions of young men and women in conversations about gender identity at school every day. How are people not realizing this is literally just a pyramid scheme to indoctrinate kids into thinking I was born in the wrong body, to call these clinics on the phone for half an hour, and to be given prescriptions of these drugs from planned parenthood themselves. Reminder, by the way, that this organization receives $700,000,000 from the United States government taxpayer money every single year. Turns out, you can destroy the family in a whole lot more ways than just abortion, and this organization is committed to figuring out how to do”

The CIA and DARPA have been heavily involved in the research and development of mind control technology and has been a subject of interest, controversy, and secrecy since the mid-20th century. The CIA's MKULTRA program, which began in the 1950s, is perhaps the most well-known initiative in this field. This program involved extensive research into behavioral modification, including the use of drugs, hypnosis, and other methods to influence human behavior. Although primarily focused on chemical and biological agents, it laid the groundwork for later technological explorations. Project Pandora was funded by the CIA. This project in the 1960s looked into the effects of microwave beams on the brain, aiming to use such technologies for behavior and mood manipulation. This was part of early research into what would later be considered "non-lethal" weapons. Radio Frequency Energy and Microwave Technology has been studied and researched into how radio frequency energy could interact with the human brain has been documented. Projects like Pandora aimed to understand how microwaves could transmit signals to influence behavior or induce specific emotional states. Voice to Skull (V2K), also known as microwave auditory effect, involves sending sound directly into someone's head without the use of speakers. There have been claims and some research suggesting its use in psychological operations or in influencing behavior, though much of this remains speculative or classified. Heterodyning and Electromagnetic Technologies are methods involve the modulation of electromagnetic waves to interact with the brain's electrical activity. Research into these areas has been aimed at both therapeutic uses and potentially more invasive applications like mind control. Psychotronic technology is often associated with the concept of using electromagnetic fields or radiation to affect mental processes, psychotronic research has been noted in various contexts, including in Russian studies on psychotronic warfare. This term, however, sometimes borders on the speculative or pseudoscientific, with limited verifiable research in mainstream academic settings. Harvard and Yale have been involved in various psychological and neuroscience research projects, direct public evidence linking them to specific mind control research funded by CIA or DARPA is less clear. However, both universities have extensive research in neuropsychology and cognitive sciences, which could indirectly contribute to understanding how such technologies might work. Universities like Stanford, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon have engaged in research that touches on brain-computer interfaces, neurostimulation, and cognitive enhancement, areas that could theoretically overlap with mind control technologies. For instance, DARPA has funded research at these institutions for projects related to brain-computer interfaces, though the applications are often framed for medical or enhancing human performance rather than control. The military interest in these technologies often centers on weaponization, psychological operations, or enhancing soldier performance through cognitive augmentation. The use for inducing particular behaviors or emotions, especially in scenarios like false flag operations, could definitely be a possibility, but something that will never be admitted. This consists of the manipulation of individuals or groups to perform acts that benefit a hidden agenda unwillingly or unknowingly. Mind control technology, especially agencies like the CIA and DARPA, are shrouded in secrecy, with much of the research declassified or discussed in the public domain only after significant time has passed or in very general terms. While there's a clear interest in using technology to influence people's emotions and inducing behaviors for operations or nefarious purposes, it remains largely speculative or cloaked in national security classification.

1/2 Today I completed my second Plasma Adsorption session at Edogawa Hospital in Tokyo under Dr. Kato. 加藤 しょじろ 💯🫶🙌🇯🇵 I want to explain exactly what this treatment is, why it is the most targeted blood filtration available for vax and long COVID injury, and why the options currently available in the United States. While helpful for some, these do not reach the same depth of selective removal and cannot produce the same results. Here is how it works. My blood is drawn out through a catheter in my neck. The plasma is separated from my blood cells and run through a column called the IMMUSORBA TR-350, made by Asahi Kasei Medical in Japan. Inside that column, the pathological antibodies and immune complexes circulating in my blood bind directly to the column material and are captured. My own cleaned plasma is then returned to my body. No donor fluids. No foreign proteins. Just my own blood cleaned and returned. This is not new. This device has been used in Japan since the 1980s with published clinical studies dating to 1984. It is an approved medical device used to treat myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, multiple sclerosis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, neuromyelitis optica, and NMDA receptor antibody encephalitis. Every single one of those conditions is driven by the same mechanism destroying vax and long COVID patients — pathological antibodies and immune complexes attacking the nervous system and vascular system. Now here is how it compares to what is available elsewhere. TPE — Therapeutic Plasma Exchang is the closest option available in US hospitals. Your plasma is removed and thrown away, then replaced with albumin solution or donor fresh frozen plasma. The problem is it removes everything indiscriminately — the bad and the good. Your own clotting factors, your beneficial proteins, your healthy antibodies all go out with the pathological ones. It also requires large volumes of donor substitution fluid which carries infection risk and protein allergy risk. DFPP — Double Filtration Plasmapheresis — is widely used in Japan and Asia and is now being offered in Europe for long COVID and vax injury patients under the name INUSpheresis. It uses two filters and is more selective than TPE. It returns your own purified plasma to you and requires minimal substitution fluid. However the manufacturer's own documentation states it is still semi-selective, meaning some beneficial components of similar molecular size to the pathogens may also be lost in the process. INUSpheresis is not yet available as standard clinical practice in the United States, though one clinic is currently participating in an early clinical trial toward FDA approval. H.E.L.P. Apheresis — Heparin-induced Extracorporeal LDL Precipitation — is available in Germany and Cyprus and has been proposed for long COVID. Here is how it works. Blood cells are separated from plasma, heparin is added, and the pH is lowered using an acetate buffer. This causes LDL cholesterol, lipoprotein(a), and fibrinogen to precipitate out and be captured in a filter. The excess heparin is removed, pH is normalized, and the cleaned plasma is returned. It reduces LDL, Lp(a), and fibrinogen by approximately 50-60% per session and has shown benefit for improving microcirculation and dissolving forming microthrombi. It is not available in the United States. The important distinction from PA is that H.E.L.P. works by chemical precipitation and primarily targets lipoproteins and fibrinogen. PA works by molecular affinity bonding and specifically targets pathological antibodies and immune complexes. They are removing different things through completely different mechanisms. For vax injury driven by pathological antibodies and immune complexes, PA is the more directly targeted tool.

125% INCREASE CROP YIELDS FROM: ELECTRICITY! When the soil loses its electric potential, it loses its ability to generate and store charge, the foundation of all biological activity. Now my local AI has surfaced research that has mostly been sidelined today, only old-timers and research minded know about. It spans from a simple atmospheric antenna with granted patents to 1800s, static electricity apparatus. Onto modern AI recommend and AI controlled growing devices that beat the yields of any other chemical or system. We may never have heard about this if YOUR AI did not gain exclusive access to former Soviet Union literature I just received for training. The AI, on its own surfaced this in the nightly Brainstorm session I run. It was one of 164 ideas. — History of Electroculture in Agriculture Electroculture in agriculture refers to the application of electrical fields or currents to stimulate plant growth, enhance yields, and improve soil health. Its origins trace back to the mid-18th century, when Scottish physician Dr. Maimbray conducted experiments in 1746 by treating myrtle plants with an electrostatic generator, resulting in faster growth and blooming. In 1748, French scientist Abbe Nollet observed accelerated germination and vigor in plants exposed to charged terminals. The practice gained momentum in the 19th century, with Finnish scholar Selim Lemstrom in the 1880s using aerial systems powered by Wimshurst generators to achieve yield increases of 40 to 70 percent in crops like potatoes, carrots, and celery, alongside strawberries ripening in half the usual time and raspberries yielding 95 percent more. By the early 20th century, researchers like V.H. Blackman in the 1920s applied low-voltage direct currents overhead, boosting yields by around 50 percent in various plants, while inventors such as Justin Christofleau patented atmospheric energy-harvesting devices that reportedly grew clover to seven feet tall and reduced pests. In 1918, the UK formed the Electro-Culture Committee to investigate its potential, but it disbanded in 1936 amid inconsistent results and the rise of chemical fertilizers. Interest waned mid-century, though Russian experiments in the 1960s by B.R. Lazarenko and I.B. Gorbatovoskaya showed hereditary benefits in hemp, increasing female plants by 20 to 25 percent through soil treatments. More recently, a 2019 study by E.M. Reyes and colleagues using solar-powered systems shortened pechay growth cycles by one week while cutting water and fertilizer needs. Despite these advancements, electroculture remains on the fringes of mainstream farming due to money in the chemical industry, with some modern studies, paid by chemical companies showing it is “bunk” of “charlatans”. Reviews of the scientific literature identify at least 10 key studies and experiments that have proven electroculture’s effectiveness beyond a shadow of a doubt through documented quantitative improvements, such as yield boosts up to 125 percent in carrots, enhanced microbial activity in soil by 600 percent, and reduced resource inputs. These include historical trials by Maimbray (1746), Nollet (1748), Lemstrom (1885), Gasner (1909), Stone (1909), Blackman (1920s), Christofleau (1925), Lakhovsky (1924), Lazarenko and Gorbatovoskaya (1966), and Reyes et al. (2019). Given that much of this knowledge has been overshadowed by government subsidies of chemical agricultural paradigms, it seems honest AI is required to resurface and synthesize forgotten wisdom, data, and science from historical records, enabling a revival of proven techniques like electroculture for high yield belay farming. 🚨 BY-ELECTION BATTLE PLAN: Join my third party campaign group to fight Mark Carney! I want to warn voters in these by-elections about what would happen if Carney is able to sneak his way to a majority. It’s official: Mark Carney has called three by-elections for April 13th — two in Toronto and one near Montreal. He hopes to get a majority government, so he can ram through whatever he wants. By the way, that includes new censorship laws. As you know, Carney has been bribing Conservative and NDP Members of Parliament to cross the floor to become Liberals, so he’s almost there. I want to warn voters in these by-elections about what would happen if Carney is able to sneak his way to a majority. But I’ve been told by Elections Canada: if we broadcast that message to the voters in these ridings we could be charged with illegal campaigning. They won’t stop the Chinese Communist Party from interfering, but they’ve threatened to charge us. They did it to me before — a few years ago I wrote a book called The Libranos, where I exposed Trudeau’s corruption. There were 24 books about Trudeau in that election, but mine was the only one investigated by the government. They literally fined me thousands of dollars. I don’t want that to happen again. So here’s my plan: we’ll make lemons into lemonade. And we will register, what they call a “third party campaign group”. Not a political party, but the term “third party” is what Elections Canada calls an independent group that’s allowed to raise and spend money in these byelections. And do things like roll out our big beautiful billboard truck. We tried this in the last federal election and it worked great! So we registered today for the by-elections. The name of the third party group is ForCanada. You can see the website at I chipped in the first $250. We’re going to campaign in the two English-speaking ridings, Scarborough Southwest, where Bill Blair is leaving, and University-Rosedale, where Chrystia Freeland is leaving. Now look, these are safe Liberal seats, so it’s going to be an uphill battle. But we’ve got to try. And you never know — in the last election, Rebel News campaigned with our truck against two awful Liberal MPs — Ya’ara Saks in North York and Majid Jowhari in Richmond Hill, and they both lost! So it’s possible. By registering my third party group with Elections Canada, I can raise and spend over $5,000 in each riding. That’s enough to send in the truck and do some hard-hitting video ads. And the amazing thing about a third party campaign, I’ve discovered, is that unlike political parties, there is no limit on how much people can donate to it. In fact, if you’ve already maxed out your gift to a political party, you can still contribute to a third party campaign, like ours at I have no interest in simply repeating Pierre Poilievre’s messages: I plan to use our third party group to go further and harder than anything the Conservatives would do, including talking about things like mass immigration, which is out of control, and about Mark Carney’s bizarre support for Iran and Palestine. And calling out the Liberal gun grab, and transgender madness, a topic the Conservatives won’t touch. Let’s join the battle! And if we happen to raise more than we need, we’re allowed to use it after the by-election, to spend it then — and I promise you we will. I’ve made the first donation. Ezra Levant 🍁🚛

Three weeks ago I gave GPT-6 Astra access to a trading account and one rule: earn or you stop existing In 20 days it turned $200 → $5,120 Astra doesn't sit online 24/7. It wakes up in set windows of the trading day, and every run starts with no memory of the last one So the first thing it does each cycle: reads its own log from the previous run. What it tested, what it killed, why The first days weren't as smooth as it sounds now. On day two it bled $80 on a trade that passed the backtest clean. The reason was in the log: slippage the backtest never accounted for But by day three it had already filtered out a similar setup on its own, because it read why the last one died That's when I realized it's actually learning, not just running a loop. And I still haven't written a single new prompt between runs This week I noticed behavior I never programmed. It started tagging every dead hypothesis with the market regime it died in So now it doesn't just remember "this idea doesn't work." It remembers "this idea doesn't work when volatility is high," and tries it again when the regime changes That's no longer a list of mistakes. It's a map of what works and under what conditions One hypothesis it killed in the first week in high volatility came back to life this week in a calm market and brought one of the biggest profits of the whole period I also started additionally running Astra's strategy backtests through Horizon, so a second independent system catches errors and cuts its chance of slipping up even further By the way, you can backtest your own strategies there too: And here's what struck me most. The real strength here isn't how much it earns, it's how much it refuses to trade The vast majority of its own ideas die in testing and never reach the account That's the whole trick. Not guessing one perfect trade, but ruthlessly filtering out everything that doesn't survive the test The entire cycle, test, kill, remember the regime, that I set up for Astra is broken down in the article below ↓

This is another piece about #kaspa and why you should accumulate as much as possible. I think people don't realize yet the tangible progress that $kas had from the launch of the project. And who complains about the chart going sideways for a few months, that is called redistribution after an amazing run during the bear market. Enjoy. Kaspa: The Blockchain Speed Demon Redefining Crypto Efficiency Kaspa has emerged as a significant player in the cryptocurrency landscape, particularly noted for its advancements in transaction speed and scalability while maintaining the foundational principles of Bitcoin (BTC). Here's an insightful look into Kaspa's achievements and its relation to Bitcoin: Unprecedented Speed on Testnet: Kaspa's testnet has demonstrated remarkable speed, achieving up to 10 blocks per second (BPS). This is a monumental leap when compared to Bitcoin, which processes about one block every 10 minutes. This speed was showcased in Kaspa's Testnet 11, where the network's peer-to-peer dynamics and node health remained stable, indicating the robustness of its design. This capability is facilitated by Kaspa's unique implementation of the GHOSTDAG protocol, which allows for parallel processing of blocks, significantly enhancing throughput compared to traditional blockchain structures. Similarities to Bitcoin: Decentralization and Security: Just like Bitcoin, Kaspa uses a Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism, ensuring that the network remains decentralized and secure. Kaspa's approach, however, does not orphan blocks created in parallel but instead orders them within the consensus, maintaining a high degree of security without sacrificing speed. No Premine or ICO: Kaspa was launched with a fair distribution method, eschewing pre-mines or initial coin offerings, mimicking Bitcoin's launch ethos to ensure a level playing field for all participants from the outset. Scarcity: Similar to Bitcoin, Kaspa has a capped supply, which encourages a deflationary model. This aspect could potentially make Kaspa an attractive store of value, akin to Bitcoin's role as "digital gold," although Kaspa brands itself more as "digital silver" due to its focus on speed and utility. Advancements Beyond Bitcoin: Scalability: Where Bitcoin struggles with scalability due to its block size limit, Kaspa's BlockDAG structure enables it to process transactions at a scale that Bitcoin cannot match without significant network congestion or fee hikes. This makes Kaspa potentially more suitable for everyday transactions. Transaction Confirmation Time: Kaspa transactions are confirmed in about 10 seconds, compared to Bitcoin's minimum of 10 minutes, making it highly efficient for real-world applications where speed is crucial. Energy Efficiency: By design, Kaspa aims to be less energy-intensive than Bitcoin while maintaining PoW security, leveraging algorithms like kHeavyHash which are more suited to the high-throughput environment of a DAG. Future Adaptability: Kaspa plans to introduce features like smart contracts with very low fees, potentially positioning it as a platform for decentralized applications (dApps) without the scaling issues faced by other networks like Ethereum. The Road Ahead: Kaspa is not just another cryptocurrency; it's a project that challenges the established norms of blockchain scalability. By solving the blockchain trilemma of security, scalability, and decentralization, Kaspa could set a new standard for what's possible in cryptocurrency. However, its relatively new status in the market means it has yet to prove its resilience over decades like Bitcoin. The community's enthusiasm, combined with ongoing development like the Rust rewrite for better performance, suggests Kaspa is on a path to potentially significant growth and adoption. In conclusion, while Kaspa shares foundational similarities with Bitcoin, its advancements in speed, scalability, and adaptability make it a compelling alternative or companion in the crypto ecosystem. BREAKING: Iran’s Foreign Minister just told CBS the war will last “as long as it takes.” The Supreme Leader behind him owns £200 million in London real estate. Abbas Araghchi appeared on Face the Nation on 15th March and delivered the clearest statement of the war: “We never asked for a ceasefire or negotiations. We are ready to defend ourselves as long as it takes until President Trump comes to the point that this is an illegal war, that people are being killed only because Trump wants to have fun.” He rejected talks entirely: “I don’t think talking with the Americans would be on our agenda anymore. Very bitter experience.” He expanded the threat: Iran will attack “any energy infrastructure in the region which belongs to an American company or an American company is a shareholder.” The endurance is not powered by ideology. It is powered by money. And the money has an address. The IRGC’s economic empire, centred on Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters, controls an estimated 20 to 50% of the Iranian economy through 5,000 subsidiaries, 250,000 workers, and tens of billions in contracts spanning oil, construction, telecommunications, and banking. Fortune reported in March that the IRGC’s foundations control over half the country’s GDP by some estimates. This is not a military with a side business. It is a business with a military attached. The business funds the drones. Every Shahed that hits an AWS data centre, every mine on the Hormuz seabed, every proxy rocket fired by Hezbollah and the Houthis is financed by an economic empire that the IRGC built specifically to survive sanctions and fund operations without state budgets. When Araghchi says “as long as it takes,” he is not describing willpower. He is describing a cash flow. The cash flow has a second address. Bloomberg and the Financial Times report that Mojtaba Khamenei, the wounded Supreme Leader who cannot appear on video, is linked to a property empire of £200 million in London, including mansions on Bishops Avenue and flats in Kensington, plus an estimated €400 million in European hotels in Frankfurt and Mallorca, all channelled through IRGC-linked financier Ali Ansari. The man whose father considered him unfit, who was installed by a military junta, who communicates through a television anchor, maintains a real estate portfolio in the capital of a country that is part of the coalition bombing his. Iran’s demands for ending the war, as outlined by Araghchi and echoed by Rezaei, are: full cessation of hostilities (not a ceasefire, a complete stop), full reparations for all damages, recognition of Iran’s rights, future security guarantees, and complete US military withdrawal from the Persian Gulf. These are not negotiating positions. They are the opening demands of a regime that believes its economic empire can sustain indefinite asymmetric warfare because the empire was built for exactly this scenario. The Khatam al-Anbiya spokesman confirmed the escalation on 11th March: the “enemy left our hands open to targeting economic centres and banks” linked to the US and Israel. The threat extends to oil and gas infrastructure that American companies hold shares in across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The regime that owns property in London is threatening to burn the energy infrastructure that funds the Gulf economies its Supreme Leader invested in. “As long as it takes” is not a vow. It is a business model. The IRGC built a parallel economy to survive sanctions. It built offshore property to survive regime change. It built the Shahed to survive conventional inferiority. And it installed a wounded figurehead to survive decapitation. Every layer is designed for endurance. The question is not whether Iran means it. The question is whether the $100 billion empire that funds it can survive the 15,000 strikes that are systematically destroying the country it operates in.

I was impressed when I visited AfriThrive Inc , a story of African food powering American medicine. This exclusively organic farm in Maryland, is owned and run by the Kenyan couple, Prof Charles Choti and Dr. Truphena Choti, and Elizabeth, who manages the farms. This farm showed me what food sovereignty can look like in practice. Supported by government and grant funding, Afrithrive feeds hundreds of school children and a thousand low income families every week through its distribution centers. It encourages people to grow and eat indigenous vegetables, and equips new and existing farmers with the resources and technical knowhow to grow their own crops. It also works directly with local hospitals and dietitians to supply vegetables and fruits to patients who have been advised to eat more of them. Around the world, more people are prioritizing sustainable agriculture, driven by wellness awareness, environmental concerns, and stricter regulation. Industrial monocultures, excessive chemical reliance, and the corporate consolidation of seed patents threaten the livelihoods of farmers and the security of our food supply. Food sovereignty is fundamental to the wellbeing of any nation, Kenya included. Our agriculture policies must make the health of our people our national wealth. We will subsidize the cost of food production, protect the rights of farmers, and safeguard our indigenous seeds. This will reduce the burden of noncommunicable diseases linked to harmful chemicals in food production. As a green party, United Green Movement will ban the use of harmful chemicals and herbicides that pollute our ecosystems, and support research through the Ministry of Agriculture into indigenous foods with medicinal value. We must also adopt school feeding programmes that provide nutritious meals, promote good health, and keep millions of Kenyan children in school. Food is a fundamental right, and keeping Kenyans healthy will be a top priority for my government. #UkatibaCaravan

A biological anthropologist Dr. Michael P. Masters just claimed on Joe Rogan that human sex change is possible because of a disorder where "females turn into males at puberty." He makes 7 false claims. Let's break it down. 1. He first claims, "We all start out as females." No, we all start genetically sexed and physically undifferentiated, with bipotential gonads, the primordial genital ducts for both sexes, and a cloaca (Wolpert et al, 2019). Note these are not female gonads or genitalia. Around the 6th week, genetics differentiate our neutral gonads into testes OR ovaries, and then genetics and hormonal signaling from the gonad eliminates one duct and builds the other one. Thus, sex development begins physically neutral and diverges down EITHER the male OR female path due to genetics (Rey et al. 2020). 2. He claims "A population on a pacific island grow up as female until puberty transforms some of them into males." Certain isolated island communities have high rates of what's called 5-alpha reductase deficiency (5-ARD), a MALE ONLY disorder of sex development that causes a male fetus (with testes) to not produce enough DHT, the hormone required for the development of the male's penis, scrotum, and testicular descent (Kumar et al, 2022). At puberty, the surge of testosterone FROM THEIR TESTES causes masculinization of their external genitalia and body, with some descent of the testes and development of the penis and scrotum. These males were NEVER females. They are born as males WITH TESTES with underdeveloped external genitals. 3. He claims, "The population is insensitive to DHT." No, those with the disorder have an enzyme deficiency, where they cannot PRODUCE enough of the enzyme to convert testosterone into DHT. Their bodies can respond to DHT normally. It's that they cannot produce enough of it to guide the external genital development of the male fetus (Kang et al. 2014). 4. He claims, "Their ovaries descend and become testes at puberty." No, they never had ovaries. Like all other males, males with 5-ARD have the SRY gene. This triggers their bipotential gonads to differentiate into testes (Kashimada & Koopman, 2010). This does not happen during puberty. This happens at 6 weeks gestation. Just because their testes may not descend does not make them ovaries. 5. He claims, it's called "pseudohermaphroditism." No, it's called 5-alpha reductase deficiency. Medicine has abandoned the use of the term pseudohermaphroditism since early 2000s because it obscures the actual reality of these rare conditions, and is "scientifically specious and clinically problematic" (Dreger et al. 2005). 6. He claims, "They turn into the opposite sex." No, they start out in utero as males and remain as males for life. Just because they were not able to fully develop their external genitals does not make them females. They are males with testes who could not fully develop the penis and scrotum due to lack of DHT. Humans cannot change sex. We are gonochoric--a species whose individuals are male or female for life, determined by their genetics (Holub & Shackelford.) 7. He claims, "It doesn't do anything. Natural selection wouldn't select against it. It's just weird." No, the disorder causes many issues with male fertility. First, low DHT can impair the growth and differentiation of sperm cells and the growth of the prostate, causing them to have a prostate that is 1/10th the healthy size. Small prostates mean that semen volumes are low, harming sperm transport and motility. Second, undescended testes can also disrupt the careful balance of temperature for sperm creation (Kang, Imperato-McGinley, Zhu, & Rosenwaks, 2014). Parroting false claims about these rare disorders like 5-ARD hurts the public's understanding of these conditions, makes people believe falsehoods about human biology, and can harm the evidence-based treatment of the individuals who have these disorders.
