Sadly there are lots of women streamers who know who they bring and use that to get their subs and money while playing dumb like it’s cause “they must really like me 😭😭 like girl… you are the problem.

Those women are not “the problem” the issue is men generalizing that every female streamer is just eye candy and has no depth.

Two things can be true at once: not all female streamers fit that stereotype, and some absolutely lean into that image because it benefits their brand. The issue isn’t recognizing that reality… it’s when people assume every woman in the space is doing the same thing :b

Hopefully we also respect and support women who have different opinions than others. I find myself being ostracized mainly by other women actually. It would be nice to have more cool girls in my life who are supportive, but most of my community is male and thats fine with me.
