Uddhav ji & Raj ji's surname "Thackeray" is inspired from a British novelist William Makepeace Thackeray. In Marathi their surname is spelt Thakre but they spell it as Thackeray inspired by the British! The Thackeray family migrated to Maharashtra from Bihar yet they encourage their goons to beat up people for ironically "not being Maharashtraian enough"! The reason for this violence is: the Thackeray family has controlled the BMC, India’s richest municipal corporation for decades and they don't want citizens to question them on the lack of facilities in BMC run schools, hospitals etc. The current budget for BMC is Rs 70,000/ crore per year yet the nepo kids of the Thackeray Brothers, did bot go to BMC run schools but went to Private English medium schools & if Uddhav ji or Raj ji are unfortunately unwell, they go to private hospitals and not BMC run facilities. If the agenda on the table is to flaunt their anti-Hindu credentials, the MPs of the I.N.D.I. Alliance wear it like a badge of honour. All the loud talk of Constitutional rights is nothing but rhetoric for this group. And now, moving an impeachment motion against a Judge, despite an appeal already filed by the TN DMK Govt before the Honourable Supreme Court, reveals nothing but a desperate attempt to feed their politics of minority appeasement. What purpose does this political drama serve, except signalling that the rule of law is secondary to vote-bank politics? Are they also sending a message to our country that if the I.N.D.I. Alliance doesn’t like any Judge’s verdict, they will use the impeachment process as a tool to threaten the judiciary into submission? What can be a greater threat to the Constitution than this? For the people of our country, DMK and the I.N.D.I. Alliance have once again proved that for them, divisive politics comes first.

Enjoy. Oliver Stone did a fantastic job here recreating the Macedonian phalanx—from their equipment to their fighting styles and the tactics they employed. I know there were historians on his team, and it shows. It’s not just the sarissas piercing through the Persian infantry—it’s also the chaos of battle, the dust, the disorientation, the brutal warfare that shifts from strategy to the savagery of desperate blows with helmets and bites, and finally, the essential elements: the yunke and the hammer. Although it’s hard to see amid all the chaos of battle, Alexander applies the strategy taught by his father: outflanking the enemy cavalry to deliver the final blow to the Persian infantry from the rear. You may or may not like the movie, but this scene alone is educational. It’s a gem.
