We have to stop doing this. If you want to enjoy your weight loss journey and NOT be feeling depressed every day or going back and forth(adding and losing weight continuously), let that dream body in your head go a little bit. I know we all want to have nicer looking bodies and all, but if you allow that big picture of what you want to look like to overcloud your focus, then you won't enjoy the process. Try and calm down, zukwanuike.😏 Take it one day at a time.
