We have to stop doing this. If you want to enjoy your weight loss journey and NOT be feeling depressed every day or going back and forth(adding and losing weight continuously), let that dream body in your head go a little bit. I know we all want to have nicer looking bodies and all, but if you allow that big picture of what you want to look like to overcloud your focus, then you won't enjoy the process. Try and calm down, zukwanuike.😏 Take it one day at a time.

🐰 are you done eating? 🐿️ i’m kinda full… 🐰really? just from that? 🐿️ i can’t eat a lot these days, after they told me to lose weight that one time 🐰 what? who? they told you to lose weight? 🐿️ they did one time…they told me to lose a bit of muscle and weight because my face looks really round and circular when i have short hair so they asked to make it look sharper 🐿️ but losing weight is really easy for me, because i lose weight when i don’t put in effort to eat, i lose weight so once i ate like that, i couldn’t get myself to be diligent with it anymore 🐿️ i just go on with my day doing things i have to do even if i don’t eat…there’s not a lot of time to eat either because i don’t eat at night 🐰 taehyun doesn’t have weight to lose but if he had to, he might be able to lose some muscle
