The painful part isn't learning a new agent UI. It's losing CLAUDE.md, rules, memory, and custom tools every switch. If Kody actually ports that context across Claude Code / Cursor / Codex, that's the real unlock.

Every agent keeps its own conversation history and file context in a different format, so none of it carries over when you switch.

I was very confused about what Kody is. The homepage does a poor job explaining why i need it and what problem it solves, and how it does that. Only after watching the second part of the video it made sense. It's a great idea, basically it builds software/workflows for repeated work across agents?

Nothing new to learn section feels out of place. The flow is: Stop Sweating Switching Agents - OK tell me more Nothing new to learn - WTF? The hero should have quick explanation I think. And nothing new to learn should move down. From what I gather after looking around a bit more: Kody turns recurring prompts, mcp tool calls, and processes into durable workflows/software that all your agents can use without burning tokens.

The portability layer is the part I care about. If agent context, tools, and repo state can move with me, switching becomes a workflow decision instead of a migration project.
