I graduated!!! I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology, summa cum laude! Five years ago, I started this journey with an eighth-grade education, and even that was from a Scientology school, where critical thinking was discouraged and the quality of instruction was subpar, to say the least. I did not get here alone. Thank you to NYU School of Professional Studies and Angie Kamath. Thank you to everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me, especially on the days I was not sure I could do this. And there were plenty of those days. To my therapist, who told me not to give up when I was told I likely would not be accepted into a prestigious program. To my tutor, without whom I likely would have given up at the harder points along the way. To all those here who have sent me loving messages on social media. And to everyone else who has cheered me on in person through the ups and the downs of it, it means more than I can put into words. It got me over this finish line of being a student again and graduating. That goal once seemed impossible. To those who have asked me, “Why this? Why now?” I pursued higher education to reclaim a piece of myself. When you come out of a high-control group like Scientology, or even a high-control family, there are parts of you that were never allowed to fully develop. Those parts include your curiosity and your ability and right to question. Education was discouraged because knowledge creates confidence in your ability to trust your own mind and navigate the world. That leads to true independence, and that would never be allowed. I wanted that back. But more than that, I needed to understand. I needed to understand how my mother could have us join Scientology when I was just eight years old, and how my family and I could be part of something like this and stay in it for so long. I needed to understand how these systems work, how they influence people, and how they take hold. Without education, access to real information, and support, people can fall into systems that work against their best interests. Some assume that because they are educated, even highly educated, they would never fall for something like this. But it turns out that is not necessarily true. What many of us are impacted by, but never quite understand, is how high-control groups operate. Many still do not understand how misinformation spreads, and how tribalism and radicalization shape what we think, what we believe, and who and what we trust. Without that awareness, none of us are immune. Today, we are seeing how these forces can influence good people and distort reality. History has shown us that this is not new; it just comes in a different form now. Social media connects us in ways we never imagined, but it also creates echo chambers that reinforce beliefs and justify behavior without question. Real critical thinking is hard when we are fed so much by algorithms designed to appeal to us. In learning and achieving this milestone in my own life, it has helped me take a good, hard look at my own beliefs and ideologies. This journey was about healing for me, but also about figuring out how to help others in whatever way I can in the future. So what is in my future? I am considering continuing my education and possibly pursuing a master’s degree, with the goal of contributing to advocacy and policies that protect people, not systems. For now, I am taking this moment in. I am proud of myself. And I am grateful. Thank you for being on this journey with me.

So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more. People right across Northern Ireland are appalled at the violence that we've seen in Ballymena and elsewhere. I took the opportunity at Prime Minister's Questions to pay tribute to the PSNI, who have over 30 officers injured and to condemn racist violence. The Prime Minister agreed entirely with me and offered his support to the police service and people in Northern Ireland. It is so important that we stand together as a united community against violence, racism and thuggery. This is not who we are.

This sort of situation isn’t new. Indeed, I have seen this exact scene - a white person being assaulted by a group of people (most or all being black and/or ethnic minority) but somehow ending up being the only person to get into trouble - play out previously. It happens to police officers who are assaulted too, btw, not just members of the public. This is why I sometimes find it difficult to criticise policing (or at least, frontline policing and the Federated ranks), because I know how difficult the Job is for frontline officers, and I also know that even when they are assaulted, the Job will throw them under a bus if the circumstances are convenient. But, the repeated examples of this behaviour are inexcusable and clearly policing has reached a point of no return - the murder of Henry Nowak was probably that point. Though, you could argue that the cover up of the Pakistani Muslim grooming gangs - which goes as far back as the 1960s and the supposed halcyon days of policing - was when policing truly failed ordinary people (we just didn’t know it then). Serious reform and a return to Peelian policing is required. At present, however, there just doesn’t appear to be the political will to do what is required.

The Norwegians are about 5 million. They just won against Brazil in the football World Cup. They have Erling Haaland – the football prodigy. They have Magnus Carlsen – the chess prodigy. They have this guy who sprints uphill on skis and already won 11 Olympic gold medals. What do they know that we don’t? Is it just that they know that talent is not a threat to equality? A nation of five million cannot afford to punish its best for being best. It can only afford to demand more from them, and get out of the way. This was our third summit, the first was in SF and second in Singapore. We've learned fast. LA was 10x improved over SF (my SF and Singapore friends, we must get together again asap). Yesterday we focused our attention on building life systems and habits. At the base layer, none of us really have a knowledge problem. We generally know what is healthy and what isn't. The challenge is doing the things we know are good for us and not doing the things that we know are bad for us. The algorithm on IG sent me a clip of a movie I’ve never seen, and now I think I need to watch it. Gene Wilder once said in an interview, “We poked racism in the face, and the nose is bleeding, but we do it while you laugh.” That movie is Blazing Saddles. Mel Brooks was making fun of racism, and Richard Pryor was one of the co-writers. From what I’ve seen, it’s bold and hilarious while calling out the ridiculousness of racism. It definitely sounds like it’s worth watching. Is anyone else a fan?

Here we go again… Christopher C. Cuomo’s comments in this video regarding Kamala Harris, where he demeaningly referred to her as “Black female Jesus” and condescendingly referred to Black people as “you people,” reflect a pattern of racist rhetoric by the former anchor fired by CNN. He previously made a claim about being “Black on the inside” and even equated the term “Fredo” with the N-word. His reckless banter showcases a disturbing ignorance of the weight that racial language carries in America. His attempt to diminish the significance of Black leadership by mocking Harris as though her rise to become the vice president and nomination for president are superficial phenomenoms, rather than the result of hard-earned success in a country built on systemic racial inequities, is unacceptable. His thoughtless comments perpetuate harmful stereotypes about Black leaders, dehumanize their achievements, and trivialize the faith and support the Black community places in its representatives. For Cuomo to reduce Kamala Harris’ historic role to a caricature demonstrates his continued lack of respect for the Black community and its struggles. It is this kind of casual racism, cloaked in so-called political commentary, that fans the flames of division and undermines the progress we are fighting for. We cannot allow prominent voices to diminish the significance of Black leadership, nor can we stay silent when racially insensitive rhetoric is used to belittle our community. Chris Cuomo needs to recognize the damage his words cause and issue a public apology, not only to Kamala Harris but to the Black community as a whole. There is no room for this kind of racism—overt or subtle—in public discourse. By the way Christopher C. The Sabotaging Practice of Over Supply and Sameness in the NFT Space. The current zeitgeist of the NFT space is that the same artists are doing the same kind of work five times a year, with project after project leaving a trail of disappointment and discontent among collectors and all of us watching in disbelief as huge resources are extracted from the space over work that feels like it could be left as an "artist study." I understand that you can do what you want with your money as collectors, but we are killing the whole space with this incestuous practice. No artist is that prolific to be able to do 5 collections of 100+ pieces each every year and actually deliver innovation and some kind of creative evolution. Of course, they can pretend play that the work has something new, but there is no precedent nor proof that that has ever happened in the speed that it happens in the NFT space. Again, people are free to through away their resources on whatever they want but with this way of doing things, we more and more are going to start seeing the consequences. Oh! There are consequences? Yes. Maybe unintended, but there are. Let's see. Let's start with the loss of belief in the NFT space as somewhere where emerging artists can come and find support for their experiments. Why even bother to bring experiments, innovation, and new ways to think of art on the blockchain if the same people have all the collectors hypnotized with their magical flutes? Why even try to come to a space where taking risks and challenging the status quo (the mission of art!!!) is overlooked? This makes the NFT space a social club and not a space for art. I guess it is fine, but IMO it is a recipe for disaster. New collectors stay away because the art will slowly but surely become stale and un-challenging. Why even bother to come and see what is happening here if you can't, as a collector, see new weird and up-and-coming artists? The amount of noise emitted by the same artists doing the same art over and over, drowns out any new voices. Again. A recipe for disaster. The NFT space is becoming a space of disappointment and doubt. We think that collections going to zero one after the other, over and over, is not damaging? I feel we are kidding ourselves. Disappointment piles up, and again, the people who will hurt are the emerging artists, the new blood, the ones who are willing to risk the most and, in return, put fire in this cold space of sameness. I love this space—don't get me wrong—it has changed my life, and I believe it has a ton of potential, but things need to change for it to become a beacon of light in art. But we need to support new voices. We need to support new ideas. The challenge is huge. I hope to contribute all I can to this change. I hope more and more see how exciting it is to go out and try to discover what else is out there and move this space forward. So what do y’all think is worse? People on Twitter expressing their negative opinions about how a fundraiser for someone we all care about went? Or the host of the fundraiser shitting on those people *during the actual fundraiser*? Also, I am going to clear up James’ disinformation - literally nobody in the chat was being negative towards Karen. In fact, 90% of the negativity in the chat was directed at James. James was receiving so much negativity because of his own disrespectful and foolish behavior (watch the 2nd video to see just some examples of why I say that). On top of the comments he was making he was also moving around doing random shit constantly. Check out the 3rd video to watch James wiggle around like a bored preschooler whose breakfast cereal had way too much sugar in it for 2.5mins all while the amazing and highly respected attorney, Carl Steinbeck, was speaking. Compare his behavior to the rest of the panelists. Oh! And check out the last video to see Mike throw shade at Runkle in a feeble attempt to soothe his own fragile and wounded ego. So no - we are not the assholes in this situation. And we are not being negative about last night’s fundraiser just because we dislike some of the creators involved. If that was our motivation we would have had the same reaction to the previous fundraiser that those same people did but we didn’t. Nobody was being harsh about that fundraiser because it was ran well and respectful - last night’s fundraiser was not. My only hope is that last night was the wake up call that some people needed to realize just how bad it’s gotten and that it’s time to put on their big girl/boy panties and straighten this shit out so Karen can make sure that when all is said and done even Gary Busey is looking at people like Proctor and Bukhenik with pity.
