“What’s the catch? This sounds too good to be true.” - the standard reaction from many $STRC critics. Michael Saylor's answer was surprisingly simple: “If you think Bitcoin is going to zero tomorrow forever, you don’t want to own this. If you actually believe in Bitcoin, it’s not terribly risky.” He compared STRC to owning a high-yield building in Manhattan. You only lose if Manhattan sinks into the ocean, the manager burns the building down, or the underlying asset fails. In this case, the underlying asset is Bitcoin. If Strategy can’t pay the dividend without becoming insolvent, the dividend gets suspended. That’s it. On Bitcoin, Zcash, and Ore In the early days of crypto, countless Bitcoin forks tried to “improve” BTC by tweaking parameters in the protocol (eg Litecoin). None of them became viable non-sovereign SoV assets, in part because they lacked any true structural advantages. Zcash, however, integrated privacy directly into the L1 protocol. Whether it’s better to shield txns at a higher layer is debatable, but to me, that’s a genuine structural edge that Bitcoin doesn’t have. Ore is the first potential SoV asset that I’ve seen that has multiple structural advantages in that the system generates yield for long term holders and it is natively created on Solana. The ORE protocol and asset being native to Solana means that it inherits all current/future Solana upgrades around performance, privacy layers, and DeFi composability. Since Ore is not an L1 itself, it does’t need to be involved in improving networking, execution, consensus, etc. So far, I have yet to see a viable path for wrapped assets to trustlessly (and without significant friction/fragmentation) become embedded in the Solana eco like native assets/programs. Obviously of the 3, Ore is by far the most experimental. But its advantages are really interesting and I believe it strengthens Solana itself to have a native, non-sovereign SoV asset at the core of its DeFi ecosystem. Regardless, Bitcoin will continue to become embedded in the financial system and remain top dog. But I believe it has merely opened the door. BTC will not be the only SoV asset to reach escape velocity in the 21st century.

Today we raise our voices in jubilation. We honour Sam Sharpe, whose sacrifice ignited a revolution. We remember his famous words in a letter to the British Parliament, he said “I would rather die upon yonder gallows than live in slavery”. We remember the countless souls who toiled, suffered, and yearned for a dawn of liberty. Their legacy courses through our veins, urging us to build a Jamaica where justice flows like our rivers, where equality blooms like our tropical flowers. We cannot afford to stop now. The struggle for justice persists — with the lessons of history still echoing in our lives today. It is crucial that we continue to advocate for reparations, but we do not wait on it. We must use our freedom to build our own wealth and secure our economic independence. Every child who celebrates freedom today must be taught that their joy is built upon the courage and sacrifices of those who fought for freedom and for the right to be able to use our God given talent and energy for our sustainable economic gain. The present condition of Aakiveedu Peddapeta Ramalayam is truly dilapidated and neglected. 🔸Even in the land pattas (records) of the houses along the temple’s boundary roads dating back to before the 1920s, the property is clearly mentioned as “Ramalayam”. ♦️Yet today,few Conv people are strangely claiming that it is nothing but a “satram” . ♦️This Peddapeta Ramalayam once had two acres of agricultural land attached to it as temple property. Who controls or possesses that land now? ♦️This is not an isolated case. There are countless villages, hundreds of ancient temples, and vast tracts of manyam lands facing the same fate across the region. Bitcoin is 87% correlated to global liquidity. The NASDAQ is 97% correlated. Which tells you something most people never realise. These assets are not really trading on earnings, or news, or whatever the story of the week is. They’re tracking the amount of money in the system. Bitcoin just swings harder around that line, because on top of liquidity it is young, volatile, emotional, and still riding a network adoption curve. Sometimes it runs hot. Sometimes it runs cold. Right now it is running cold, so people think something is broken. Nothing is broken. It’s doing exactly what it always does. So here is the question. If these assets track liquidity this closely... what if t you could forecast liquidity itself? Well, actually, you can. As I lay out in my Everything Code framework, liquidity is driven by the debasement of currency, and debasement can be forecast years ahead, because the interest payments that drive it are already known today and they lead liquidity by around three years. Bonkers.
