The visor is what makes the DAS usable. Six apertures around the airframe, all projected into the pilot's line of sight. Shooting these at RIAT, that coating is a nightmare against a bright sky.

Ground crew is conduct functional movement checks on the 20 millimeter cannon of an AH-1Z. The Bell AH-1Z Viper uses the M197 20mm three-barrel Gatling cannon mounted in a chin turret.
