Eat meat, which is slowly digested throughout 24 - 48 hours, and don't worry about when to eat protein. Protein shakes are a waste of money.

I hope everyone takes time to toast with a steak, eggs, cheese and or a hunk of butter to celebrate the tireless work that Nina Teicholz has put in towards this change in the guidelines on saturated fat. 🙌🥩🙌🥩🙌 We hope more change is on the way but what a big step forward for the health of the globe! @bigfatsurprise #saturatedfat #metabolichealth #meat #eggs #butter #cheese #healthcoach #tucsonhealth #MAHA
