Kiss from a Rose was written by Seal in 1987, but was only a worldwide hit almost a decade later. Released in 1994 on the album Seal II, the song went almost unnoticed on release. Everything changed when director Joel Schumacher heard the track and decided to include it in the end credits of Batman Forever (1995). He even tried to use it in a romantic scene between Val Kilmer and Nicole Kidman, but it didn't fit in, yet he insisted on putting it in the film. Schumacher also directed an official music video using footage from the production. Oh apparently the translation did not do justice here. When Geummyeong was at the hospital, after Aesun met YB and CS entered the scene, she narrated that at that time she did not know whether her first love would become the song ‘You in My Arms’ (a love song) or ‘My Love By My Side’ (a breakup song). The TV then shows that the song was equal… then the camera pan to YB and CS as GM said “I dont know back then.” This was in December 1991. After this, GM and YB wales home together every night for 2years straight. In December 1993, after that 🎄 ‘confession’, My Love By My Said played… and it was even written in the snow.. She had her answer, the breakup song won. So this episode was about saying goodbye to her first love…

Five months after the production had wrapped, the producers summoned Tom Cruise and Kelly McGillis to Chicago to film the infamous elevator scene and the s€x scene. During their time away from the set, McGillis had lost approximately sixteen pounds, and Cruise was filming "The Color of Money" (1986), so his hair was much longer in those two scenes. McGillis' hair was also much darker. That's why she hid it underneath a cap in the elevator scene & in the lovemaking scene, it was all silhouette because of the colour of her hair.

A little fact that some folks may not know about the song American Woman. It was originally sung by the band The Guess Who and was covered in 1999 by Lenny Kravitz. Many may not be aware that writers for the song and original performers of it happened to be Canadian. The single was released in March of 1970, making it 66 years old! Another fun fact about the song - it was actually written on the fly, on stage, and could have been lost forever had it not been for a teenager in the audience who was taping the live show bootlegging the show.
